Location
Not clean at all with very bad service. Our room was cleaned only 2 times during our stay (not every day,) no large towels ( it was not available as per room service staff), we have been asked to change the room on 2nd day as the room owners arrived to the room! The next day I’ve receiving 4 calls from reception to change the room where I agreed to change if it’s on the same floor and ready to move to. Unfortunately it was difficult for them to understand! And been bothering by repeated calls the calls. Often the cutlery, glasses and dishes are not clean for the breakfast. No hand tissue available in the rooms where we bought from the town. Shuttle was never available to go to 1850 center. The agreed price for the stay was €9,823; upon check out I paid a total of €11,425. Why is there a difference! I need to be refunded the difference as it was not agreed upon my reservation with booking.com

David the guy who works on a bar behavior is not acceptable and very disrespectfull. Ski room is so old and some of lockers even not working.

our favourite hotel each year. the receptionists are amazing, friendly and speak very good English. waited on us hand and foot. a lovely lady gave my 5 year old a Christmas present to take back for her. and they even saved us €9 to bring me a tea bag and sugar instead of room service. just lovely and genuine and love the job. highly recommend and will see you next year🎿🏔❤️

Location
Run down. Corridors stink. This hotel needs completely refurbishing. Should no longer be given a 4 star rating. Downgrade to Ibis budget!! Incorrect info on restaurant offer: QR code offered full menu. At restaurant: buffer at ¢45 pp!! Restaurant Savoyard: equipment ancient and malfunctioning; electric cables held together with sticky tape - dangerous!
Key cards had to be reprogrammed 3 times in 24 hours. Rooms too warm - had to sleep with windows open. Guests in t-shirts - where is your energy conservation programme?

Really nice location, close to chairlift and within walking distance to town. Also there is a shuttle that leaves regularly from Courchevel 1850 to local lodges
It really was my fault for not asking the cost, but the taxi from hotel to bus station (about 1.5 mile, 5 min drive) was $40. We should have walked at 5 am in the morning, even though it was snowing heavily (the shuttle doesn't start that early). It was really overpriced and not worth it.

Everything was perfect for us! I booked this originally for my partners 30th birthday. When we arrived the hotel had put some balloons and given us a little gift to celebrate which was lovely and so kind. The hotel reception staff always went above and beyond for us and the views from the hotel were incredible. It is definitely been an incredible experience and I cannot wait to come back!

Helpful staff, friendly..Right on the piste... Ideal for skiing. Affordable in a generally expensive resort.
.Gondola closes at 7.10 so if you want to go out to eat its a 30 min uphill walk back.
No boot heaters. Have to hire for extra 10 euro per day.
