the apartment was absolutely disgusting and dirty thick dust very u clean floors never cleaned just hoovered and overall very poor I have young children

please can you put some parking lines so people park their cars properly because sometimes unable the get in due to their backside stinking out into the road, no access, squeezed between their cars and the hedges adjoining next doors property

The wifi that's included in the rate doesn't work well at all, definitely not suitable for stable connection for work calls but not even really suitable for personal use either. The flat is ok but very small for 6 people, we were only 2 people but slept on the sleeper couch because the bedroom is cramped. The kitchen had no cleaning liquid or anything to clean up with.

Safety

So needs an update:- Pool so dirty, tiles falling off & filled with filler, umbrellas all old faded & broken, I have stayed many times with odalys at various places because you can take your dogs but each time they always fall down in the above areas, such a shame
