Lightness of the room, friendliness of staff, interesting art work and books, availability of parking.

It would help to know what to do when arriving by car - where to stop before accessing garage.

Excellent location and faded charm that we rather liked.

No aircon which was not a problem for us during our stay and stairs may be a challenge for some. Had a nice central that was not accessible courtyard as used by the owner and dog - a few cahnges could make the place even better but still recommend it.

Excellent location next to historic center (the cathedral was 4 minutes away by walking). The hotel had paid parking in a garage in a side street (we arrived by car).

This was listed a 3 star hotel - but was really a slightly run-down hotel (more similar to a 2 star hotel). It was fine for a one night stay - it was comfortable and clean. But clearly that seen better days.

it was close to the city center. the room was clean. they had cloth napkins at breakfast.

the Wi-Fi cut out repeatedly, was a weak signal and an insecure network. The facilities seemed old and worn. the parking was in a small garage which had to be opened each time the car was accessed. the shower made the bathroom floor very wet. Breakfast was not really worth the price. pillows were large and hard.

The rooms were comfortable and clean and the breakfast wad excellent 👌

The staff at reception were not welcoming or helpful They need to fo a customer care course they were very Grumpy

I booked a doble bed and the gave us two single beds joined.

The hotel is tired and, although kept very clean, it needs a complete refurbishment. The bed was old and we kept rolling into the centre. The pillows were actually old lumpy cushions covered with pillowslips - impossible to sleep on! We were hugely disappointed and would not recommend this hotel unless it is thoroughly upgraded.

Location - perfect for us for the station, town centre, cinema, museums, eateries etc. It has its individual style, which I also appreciate. It's not run-of-the-mill in terms of decor.

The welcome. We've stayed at this hotel every year more or less for the past ten years. When we arrive, not a hint of recognition, a "How are you?", a 'Nice to see you again." Just simply, name, two nights, breakfast? No help offered either with our luggage. We were placed on the second floor, my husband is 88.
