excellent location, near train station and marketplace. Very friendly staff, very attentive to your needs and/or requests. Large rooms. good heating and very quiet location. Overall a pleasant stay if you want to keep it low budget.

The free wifi was almost non existant, especially at peak hours (after nine in the evening). Clean but rather outdated, especially the bathrooms.

Not much to like in that awful place. It was the worst experience ever!

Absolutely terrible experience. To start with, the reservation says it offers free parking and the check-in is around 14:00. When receiving confirmation, the hotel lets the guests know the reception will be closed on weekends and no check-in is available until 17:30 (in that case, they steal more than 3 hours of your reservation). The parking place is also not free as informed in the reservation, but costs 5€ per night. My boyfriend and I got there around 18:30 and still had nobody to check us in. After many attempts to call the property, they told was where the key was. We were asked to pay for our stay later, but the hotel staff decided to call us when we went for dinner. Therefore we were told to pay for the stay at the check out (next day 11am). Nobody was in the property (again) during the check out, and they never answered our calls when we attempted to pay for our stay. Then we later found out they charged my card 2 times for the stay. The hotel room also had no hot water, no wi-fi details available, no intercom to speak with someone. Only a bed and a toilet. That was the worst hotel I've ever seen. They only offer guests a bed and don't even do their job of checking-in people and handling payments correctly.

I had late check in, the staff was very friendly and helpful on phone. For the problem of wifi login also response very fast via email.

Sadly, the check in was on the next day evening and I was therefore missed a chance to know the city more because of no tourist city map which usually can get by check in counter. It would be appreciate if the information put in open area like next to the stairs. There was no WiFi signal inside my room at all. It was room 11, the last room at second floor. I had to got out of the room and sit in the corridor when I need WiFi.
