The staff were super friendly and helpful.
The spa was great, lots of spots to chill, pool playing area. Attention to detail when attending to rooms.
Location was amazing by the river.

Breakfast was exceptional. Restaurant: service and quality of dishes extremely good. The pool in the house and the facilities were very spacious and well looked after. A very calm and pleasant experience.

I travel a lot in Germany for my company and stayed the night in this hotel last week.
I must say that PRICE/QUALITY it is one of the best ones. The wellness is really nice!
The dinner in the restaurant was not that good. My spinach was unfortunately full of sand.

Fantastic hotel, excellent breakfast with an exceptional offering of food. Spa area very nice with great views of the gardens.

Great facilities, staff so so nice, Lake within 2 minute walk. Breakfast delicious.
Told 'pets not allowed' but on arrival dogs present which could of caused serious allergy problems. Please make this information 100% clear. Also, the pool was a bit too cold

location is very convenient to the lake, good restaurants but very expensive, all good facilities as amusement for the family holiday good room is big enough for the family
the hotel has not enough telephone in the public area, and no hotel information flier in the room. the temperature of swimming pool is cold

Very nice hotel, the room was big and the beds were very comfortable. The room had a balcony with a nice view.
The hair dryer in the bathroom was not working, there was almost no air coming from it. Not what you expect from a 4 star hotel. Also, the sink was very old and cracked and should have been replaced.

The swimming pool was great
There is not much you can do about it other than having a different room, however, the noise from the traffic was quite loud in the morning

Swimming pool, spa and garden was very nice. Overall atmosphere in the new building is great. 5 min walk to the lake is nice, although noisy street can be disturbing at night.
It was difficult to get to the room with a child buggy, too many steps. Our room was also in the old building and didn't have fridge/kettle in the room, that is usually available at 4star hotel.
Underground parking is very tight and fills up fast, we used outside parking half of the time.

The hotel was great and easy to get to. Lots of parking, very friendly staff, good location to the lake (less than 5 minutes walk), and the pool and sauna were amazing! The rooms were also large and modern with snacks available for 1 Euro.
We wish the rooms had AC. The room was very hot and humid and we were on the first floor.
