I like the wat that the staffs love their job and they are glad to give me a service. The staffs can speak English. The room was clean enough and comfy.
When I was in the restroom the last customer didnt flush the toilet so I saw something that I shouldnt see in the toilet but beside that everything was fine

Zimmer sind modern und sauber.
Rückerstattung für erste Nacht umgehend erhalten, mehr Positives gibt es leider nicht
Einchecken nicht möglich, kein Personal, Checkin nicht besetzt, Eincheckautomat außer Dienst, mußten uns um 22:00 noch ein anderes Hotel suchen, obwohl alles bezahlt war. Am 2. Tag dann doch dort eingecheckt. Bettwäsche/Handtücher fehlten für die 2. Person, Zimmer überaus hellhörig, keine Nachtruhe bei normallauten Nachbarn möglich.

Die Zimmer waren in Ordnung, sehr sauber, auch der Empfang war freundlich.
Die Zimmerpflanzen in der Rezeption liegen halb verdorrt in dem dafür vorgeseheen Behältnis, ebenso ist die Fußmatte im Hoteleingang und der Hausgang sehr schmutzig.
Das Frühstück war für die bezahlten 10 Euro in Ordnung, allerdings hat der Frühstücksraum selbst die Atmosphäre einer Werkskantine!

Gutes Hotel. Liegt sehr zentral. Alles vorhanden. Das Frühstück war sehr gut mit Rührei und Kaffeespezialitäten. Das Frühstück für Erwachsene kostet 10,-€, für Kinder - kostenfrei.
Genug Parkplätze in der Tiefgarage.
Gutes Prei-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

You must read between the lines to know what you are renting. The weather was relatively hot. If I opened the window, I could not sleep from the noise of the train outside. There was a small fan that was more annoying than the street.

Location is great. Room was not large but it had all we needed. We did not have breakfast, so I cannot judge it. There is a bakery and a large shop some 20 m from the hotel.
Water from the shower easily runs into the bathroom.

I didn't get to stay at the Hotel because the check in machine was not working. Couldn't contact the staff. No response to my messages since. Had to find another Hotel to stay in late that night. Am still waiting for a response about a refund.
