ein großes Hotel, mit vielen Menschen, dass wussten wir aber vorher und haben uns darauf eingestellt trotzdem war es gemütlich und gut, es ist gut organisiert

Für das Hotel ist der Wellness Bereich ( Schwimmbecken zu klein ) Sauna Nutzung gegen extra Gebühr geht überhaupt nicht.

Angebote waren sehr gut . Essen war gut .machen sehr viel für Kinder .

Geweldig voor kinderen! Iedereen had kinderen bij, dus iedereen zat in hetzelfde schuitje. Kind dat raar deed of lawaai maakte, keek niemand van op. Omgeving was ideaal voor wandelaars, ook prachtig uitzicht. Ook het zwembad was voor onze kindjes top. Buiten en binnenspeeltuin.

De matrassen, die waren super hard. Voor mij persoonlijk een ramp. Om er met een andere taal als Duits iets uitgelegd te krijgen was moeilijk. Engels werd zelden correct beheerst.. het personeel was vriendelijk, maar qua gezelligheid was het niet dat. Echt gericht op veel volk, weinig persoonlijkheid. De keuken was te doen. Veel keuze, maar een echte grootkeuken. Weinig Duitse gerechten. Niet speciaal super lekker ofzo.

Das Angebot für Kinder war sehr schön. Besonders das Kinderfrühstücksbüffet war toll.

Das Zimmer könnte ein Update gebrauchen.

The location, the number of free and paid entertainment and sport activities for kids and adults. The cleanliness and overall service. The swimming pool. Good breakfast. No additional charge for kids. It is really possible to arrange late checkout with quite reasonable surcharge. Wifi coverage is really good for the whole area of the resort.

Half-board option where you have to pay additionally for any drinks during the dinner (and it was not stated anywhere before booking). The food was not of a restaurant level for dinner. Paid car parking at site is a strange solution for a resort like this. Basic rooms are really small.

The service provided by the staff was great. Very friendly, quick with solutions. Great breakfast, lots of choices. Much to do for young kids. We liked the fitness room too.

Several things were not working, too bad because for the rest our stay was great. Gamesroom several machines not working (both pinball machines and cargame). In the fitness room the 2 cross trainers defect. Bathroom ventilation not working.

Relatively cheap. Walking distance from city center.

Room smelled like sour wet socks/carpet. Door ceilings and bathroom door too low to walk through if taller than 190cm. Hotel not maintained well (due to age)

Lovely, clean and spacious hotel. Nice, comfortable rooms, good bathroom. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Excellent bar and restaurant area, great outdoor space and seating area. Massive carpark. Within walking distance from village.

Breakfast had Limited choices for the English customers. Needed more cooked items like mushrooms, sausages, bacon on a daily basis. But a fantastic continental breakfast

Breakfast very good, evening meals could be a little hit & miss. The room was clean and functional.Staff always tried to help.

Hotel is looking a little tired in placed so a refresh / refurb may be required.

The Breakfast and Dinner was excellent The swimming pool water temperature was very good especially for kids and infants. The kids playing rooms well equiped. I liked that one could rent strollers and other stuff if need be for long walks. I would recommend the hotel for other parents and also everybody who likes fresh air and nature.

I never liked the pillow cases, very bad quality. Most bathrooms have no filter to bring in fresh air so after showering the room would be very misty . For the 3 nights the roomed was not cleaned, only change of towels once and dustbin change once, and with small children diaper waste change should be atleast once day.

Great Family Hotel lots of activities around to enjoy

The location was incredible and so was everything else in the hotel. There were lots of activities to be done by both kids and adults. We as a family enjoyed many events including laser shooting, pool, chess game, play area and general walk around the hotel. The breakfast was very wide, with a special area for kids to take their own breakfast (everything was at their eye level). A real family experience. Wish we had taken it for longer duration.

The room was a bit smaller than we expected. The rate however was reasonable so cannot complain a lot. The language was a bit of barrier for us as most staff was well verse in German and not many other languages.

we were there every year before covid, staff were nicer.. now nobody speak english, lady at dinning room said, you are in Germany so why i should speak english! (we understand german just we dont speak fluent) the rooms were not vacuumed, they were “cleaning” rooms every 2 days by just asking “do you need something” not actually cleaning the room. Food is worse than 2 years ago, less to choose from, less quality, we were waiting for drinks at dining room everyday for at least 20 min, few times we already finish our diner before getting the drink. plates were not clean… like forks… you need to pay for hotel parking! they should made it that if u stay there few days parking is free… before covid was free! storage for bikes and skies are bad, outside, no cameras, everybody can come inside! no control at all! disaster! no body smiles, you dont have feeling that you are welcome there… we always loved it but in this covid time they lost everything. sad. and so on and so on….

Breakfast was good, pretty standard, the kids buffet is a good idea though.

The waffle holders should be cleaned by staff every once in a while because the guests Sontheimern own waffles and it tends to spill a lot. Bread was a little cheaper in quality.

The breakfast is really nice and having a pool in the hotel is very convenient. There are some good activities for the children. The location is good for walking trails. The restaurant in the hotel serves good food for a fair price.

Our biggest issue is with the cleanliness all around. The room wasn't really cleaned well. There was smudginess all around and they really should clean the rooms better. The play room for kids was very dusty as well and this is really a place you want to have clean where the kids play. The bathtub did not hold the water.
