Konumu çok iyi, trene yakın tramvay otelden çıkınca 1 dk ileride. Otel ücretsiz bilet vermesi çok ince bir düşünce. Resepsiyondakiler çok ilgili ve güleryüzlü. Otel odası çok temizdi. Her şey çok iyiydi. Tekrar gidersem burada kalırım.

Cheap price for the size of the room

The lift is soooo old and a little scary. The room is so out-dated and there is stain on bed sheet and the pillow cover is defected as some scratches. I woke up with around 10 bees in our room and bathroom. Ask the staff for help but she said that she couldnt do anything and offer us to use the bathroom in the sauna 😅

Location 1 km away from Duesseldorf HBF so that easy access to train. In addition, hotel give you free local transportation tickets during your stay.

Skipped one day cleaning the room. Breakfast food was not enough. No hot water at your shower one day for every room.

the room rate was liked to over €250 per night because of the Interpack exhibition, what a rip off for such a tired old hotel that will be €66 per night next week. despite there being no hot water so couldn’t even have a shower, and at that price ! not even an offer to reduce the bill. Anyway the staff were pleasant enough and breakfast very good. But I feel rather ripped off !

Nice comfortable beds Bigger rooms than expected Heated floor in the bathroom

Breakfast had only a specific selection of items and was not really renewed a lot Some stuff inside the rooms were torn and old (e.g. curtains)
