The exceptional view from our Triple Room balcony is a steal, viewing Matterhorn colour varies from sun rise. Then head down to the one of the most impressive spread of quality breakfast with awesome croissants. Matterhorn Paradise Express just door steps of 100m away. When u back in the evening soak yourself in the room bath tub or Jacuzzi and Sauna. Not to forget the forever smiley and friendly host Nicole had made our stay a memorable one. Thanks Nicole and the breakfast staff.

The room size is little small but the view has compensated so we really dont mind

The hotel has a spa and it’s close to Matterhorn express to go to ski. The service was good. the breakfast is really good.

To put the cattle on, you need an adapter, that you need to ask in the reception. if not, you can’t use it. the flore in spa is very wet and they don’t change slippers every day, only towels.

Excellent Matterhorn view from balcony, spacious room and bathroom, good breakfast included. Staff were very helpful and took our coffee order at breakfast and made what we wanted.

Decent walk from train station with luggage, best to catch a taxi if you have a lot of luggage. perhaps more expensive due to booking when a race was on and town was very busy.

The views from the room were absolutely breathtaking. It was amazing waking up to a perfect view of the Matterhorn every morning!!! Staff was exceptionally friendly and the breakfast buffet had tons of options.

The rooms are a little outdated and the shower is a bit weird, but overall I would highly recommend this place and definitely stay again upon a return trip to Zermatt.

Very friendly personel and helpful when I twisted my ankle. Tasty breakfast and for sure sauna as well as jacuzzi was very good choice after treking in mountains or other activities. Nice view from balkoon, cleany and comfortable.

The views of the Matterhorn are fabulous. There can’t be a hotel in Zermatt with a better view. The breakfast is excellent and the front desk staff was fabulous. Highly recommended.

- clean and comfortable (although small) room with a balcony - the breakfast room had a welcoming atmosphere and great views - wellness facilities were very nice and beneficial for relaxing. Their limited opening hours were a bit problematic to me (only 4-8 p.m., and I was not told about it when I contacted them earlier to let them know what time I planned to use the facilities), but Nicole at the front desk was quite helpful in addressing the issue and enabling my use by providing early access after check-out the next day

- missing attention to details: for example, the room's old fashioned radio / alarm clock was charming and could have actually been useful to me (as I wanted to set up a wake-up alarm), but its clock was broken - the diversity and quality of the breakfast items could be improved

Clean and comfortable room with a balcony that opens to a marvellous view of the Matterhorn. We could see the sunrise from the bed.

I had booked for two guests yet was provided with only one pillow. Since we self-checked after 9pm, there was no staff available to get this sorted. The WiFi didn’t work either - either the password provided was incorrect or there was no WiFi reception in the room. basically our the WiFi didn’t connect our devices.
