Wonderful view from the place. Free parking on-site. Room was nice, baby crib for a small fee. Not a long journey by car to the city.

Room a bit noisy (air conditioning? ventilation? don't know...). Restaurant on-site a tiny bit pricey.

Breakfast was super! Very nice view from our room. Beds were okay. Easy to park your car.

That the restaurant was closed when we stayed there. No 24h service No water available in the room.

I walked to old town so took an hour give or take but the views are so pretty , I was very happy with the location and had a very comfortable stay. Very spacious room and bathroom. Fabulous breakfasts and lovely staff

Reception staff who checked us treated us as a second class and he started to give us instructions like it’s our first time to stay in a hotel. He gave us the worst room in the hotel despite having a baby and were unable to climb stairs with luggages.

The Hotel is called 'Beautiful View' for a reason: The view is absolutely stunning from the terrace area, and even our room was looking out onto the mountains and Salzburg. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty, you could either sit inside or outside on the terrace. I particularly liked that you could fill a pot with coffee at the buffet to take to your table (usually holds about 4 cups). We did not even know at first that the hotel got a small spa area with a sauna, steam room and hot tub + (old school) massage deck chair, which were free of charge. We only had to inform the reception 30min in advance so the sauna could be switched on (we didn't use the other facilities). The sauna was small, but sufficient for 2 people. There were even some ceremonial essences and a bucket to pour over the stones which smelt amazing. The temperature was also really good (85-88C). Overall, a very relaxing experience especially because we had the place to ourselves.

We were told upon arrival that the hotel's restaurant was closed Wednesday and Thursday, which was a bit unexpected and meant we had to drive back into Salzburg to go for dinner.

As per the hotel's name - very nice view towards the city. Good beds and friendly staff. Cosy hotel in local style.

Be prepared that there is no elevator.

We liked everything! We booked a room with balcony and view over the city. The view was breathtaking!! The room was clean and modern, bed was just perfect, we slept like babies. Breakfast was not very diverse, but it was enough. The restaurant was closed during our stay - tuesday to wednesday. Dining area was very cozy and inviting. The staff is friendly.

The size and of the room was great for our family. Breakfast was great and delicious. we enjoyed our time with kids in the backyard. Also there is room with some toys for kids they can play at night. Staff was friendly
