The room had a fantastic balcony view on the mountain chain. The hotel was located in the center of Scheffau with a parking lot. I did not test all the facilities of the hotel, I might have missed a huge breakfast buffet among other things.
The hotel had this off season feeling: much space and currently few guests when I was there mid-June. I was given an introductory speech with lots of information (time windows and options) I would have preferred to have in written form. The most important information about check out time (10:00) was not given to me (or drown in other information), as I found out the other day. When I wanted to carry my luggage back to the nearby car with intention to hand over the room key after that and obviously before leaving, I felt pressured to carry my whole luggage (heavy) to the reception several rooms further. The staff apparently wanted to make sure 100% I would pay the city tax of 2,5 EUR and give them back the key (my Visa had already been charged with the room). This felt awkward, I did honestly not appreciate that checkout experience. The woman apologized nevertheless when she realized she had pushed it a bit too far.

A délutáni ingyenes uzsonna fantasztikus. Sör, bor, ki mennyit akar. Reggel frissen csavart narancslé, lazac, pezsgő, fantasztikus kenyerek, stb. Kedves, mosolygós lánykák sürögnek, forognak. A képek teraszunkról készültek.
Nem volt ilyen.

The view from the room was amazing, with a nice balcony to relax and enjoy it. Lots of space in our triple room to spread out. The robes are so comfortable you won’t want to take them off! The “evening snack” can be dinner if you time it right!

Wunderbar gelegen mitten in Scheffau am Wilden Kaiser ,sehr komfortabel.Sehr gut ist das Jausen- Buffet am späten Nachmittag- eigentlich wie Halbpension…es gibt alles was das Herz begehrt,auch alle Getränke free - lecker .Sehr nettes Personal zu allen Zeiten -Frühstück reichhaltig ,Ausflugstips und Wanderkarten liegen im Zimmer .Für das Geld wird tatsächlich auch etwas geboten -großartig !

Wir bekamen ein kostenloses Upgrade auf Superior Plus. Im Zimmer war ein großer Kühlschrank, vom Balkon eine Super Aussicht.

Extraordinary afternoon buffet that offered a wide range of snacks and drinks. Helpful and friendly staff that seemed determined to continuously improve on the guests’ experience.

The beautiful hotel in Alps. Apart from the breakfast they also provide a free buffet from 4PM to 7PM with different snacks and drinks including wine and beer so you can have a dinner in the hotel.
The room is cozy, we had balcony with a gorgeous view to the town and mountains.

Coffee machine in the room is not hot enough, but we took hot water from the dining room and it was fine.

We enjoyed all of the above the rooms where clean, the food was very fresh and good, the staff was friendly and helpful. next time when we travel to Germany we will stay there again, the buses that take you around throughout the valley are free of charge and we enjoyed seeing it all.
Next time I will stay there I will ask for a room with a shower, being a senior

This place is amazing. I would not hesitate to book there again. The staff is extremely helpful, the entire hotel is very clean, the location is perfect, and the surroundings could hardly be any more beautiful. I also really enjoyed the free afternoon snack, which is generous and delicious.
The only tiny thing they could fix is the Wi-Fi. The connection is unreliable and goes on and off all the time. Even with this, this place is pretty much perfect.

Easy check-in and check-out. Big room with a view to the mountains, to the slope.
The rental of the ski equipment from downstairs, Rainer ski rental, was a plus. When I returned the ski equipment I even walk on my socks to the ski cellar from the hotel, which is right there.
The breakfast was very good, with a fresh and tasteful bread. The latte machiato was great. Also the draft beer was very good. The staff from the restaurant is very friendly and nice. They smile a lot.
I used the ski bus to go to the slope every day and the station in right beside the hotel. This is very convenient. Also, the tourist info point is across the street.
The snack that they are giving in the afternoon was also good, I would prefer maybe more soupe in the menu, but it was anyway ok.
I would say I recommend this hotel and I am glad that we choose it. We had a great ski vacation. Thanks!

We had full board and the food was really nice. Add to that the fact that it is all from local prodecers. The room was clean and comfy. The staff was nice and helpfull

Location, Food, Service and Staff - all are EXCEPTIONAL!!! Both receptionists were extremely nice and helpful and managed to charm us into staying one extra night. Also the Staff in restaurant was really, really nice and food was perfect!
Hotel signage is not that visible. I'd invest a bit into that.
