Akkoord alle comfort, prachtige locatie, heerlijk zwembad maar....de prijs is toch vrij hoog.
Voor de parking aan het hotel diende nogmaals 30 Euro per dag bijbetaald worden.

Hotel geboekt voor 1 nacht tijdens terugreis vanuit Italië. Zeer aangenaam verrast:
Kamer(s) zijn ruim en goed ingericht.
Goede service (bagage etc) en vriendelijk personeel.
Afgesloten parkeren incl EV laden op privé parking direct voor (naast) de lobby.
Goede wellness voorziening (Finse sauna, stoombad en aroma douche). Beschut gelegen zwembad.
Leuke bar met lounge terras aan de boulevard (zicht op het meer).
Diverse goede restaurants op loopafstand.
Het hotel is gelegen in een oud kasteel (zeer charmant!). Daardoor relatief lange looplijn op de verdieping vanaf de lift naar de kamer en vice versa: na de eerste keer kamer verlaten moesten we kort zoeken naar de lift.

The building is gorgeous and the location is unbeatable. Is not only a scenic spot, but it's also a handy starting point to visit the city uphill. The metro station is literally across the street. A big extra point goes for the staff: Not only were they helpful and ready to cover our needs, they were also genuinely kind and cheerful. We want to be back in the summer.
PS: Ask for an omelette in the kitchen. They were superb.
Our first room (Close to the boudoir and SPA) didn't have good acoustic isolation, so we decided to move to a suite in the tower. This change solved the problem and came with a great view over the lake.

Lautstärke während des Tages - Lärm kommt tagsüber trotz geschlossenem Fenster in den Raum; Größe des Parkplatzes - Parkplatz war komplett belegt und wir mussten den letzten E-Parkplatz belegen

-The room was very clean and modern with strong AC
-Breakfast was good
-We got upgraded at check-in and the room we got was very spacious
-Staffs were helpful
-I love the body wash and body lotion offered! High quality with nice scent
-We stayed in a lake view room on the 1F but the view was partially blocked by the trees. It was still nice but could be better if you stay on higher levels.
-Not the hotel’s issue but the birds at the breakfast site were quite annoying
-A bit pricey

One of the best service I’ve come upon. The staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable!
For a hotel of this class, the breakfast offer could have been more abundant.

Location served us well. View of lake is spectacular. Bus (with complimentary pass) very convenient. Wonderful walking city if you’re okay with hills, bus is great.
Other people commented that they gave upgrades if available. Room was nice but smaller than expected. Person at the front desk said none available but we could talk with a manager. He didn’t ask for us or help us find the manager.

Classy hotel in a lovely historic building but with all the mod cons.
Nice good size room overlooking the lake and mountains.
A few minutes walk to the Metro that is free and connects with the main Railway Station and city centre.

Great location and excellent hotel.
We were given a voucher for 20% off 2 drinks at the bar. We presented the voucher at checkout for our discount off our bar bill but it was refused because it wasn’t presented at the time of ordering the drinks. No need for this silly rule and puts us off ever rebooking. What a shame for such a small thing.
