Loved the staff and the facilities Italian music at pool lovely. Bar great. Honestly a great hotel.
Small but important points - Shuttle to Stabia would have been great as the hotel was little far away. Shower in some rooms to dark no light. Eggs at breakfast terrible most days. More milk satchels in rooms would have been good.

Uitzicht, netheid, ligging, parking
Parkingplaats voor mindervaliden is onpraktische ( helling ) en niet zo dichtbij. Ook hebben we er slechts 1 in de D parking gevonden. Dit is het blok het dichtst bij het hotel. Ook de toegang naar het tweede deel van het hotel waar wij verbleven, was niet echt makkelijk om met een rolstoel binnen te geraken. Dit was zeer smal en ook niet aangeduid. Eens binnen was er geen probleem. De tiegang opzij om met een rolstoel te passeren is ook te smal en de eigenlijke ingang van dit deel van het hotel is niet rolstoelvriendelijk.

My Husband and I really enjoyed our stay! We had the suite and the view was spectacular! The staff is very helpful and the bartenders and restaurant are very good as well. Train is nearby and the hotel has an hourly shuttle. We went to Sorrento and Pompeii by train and it was simple. Our weather was not great but we did manage to dip in the sea and get in the pool one afternoon and it is lovely!
I wish it was easier to book tours. They were filled up when we arrived so I suggest booking before your arrival.

Hotel is amazing with excellent private beach area and nice pool, good cocktails in bar and proessional stuff.
We got the room in the tower, it was very big and beautiful, with terasse. Simply amazing!

The pool and view were nice but let down by reception staff and manager!
The reception staff in particular the reception manager are very unhelpful and rude. I asked to change a date due to my father being taken seriously ill in hospital. Booking.com agreed to the change but the hotel would not. They couldn’t even give a good reason why and were very rude on reception and unsympathetic. The reception manager slammed her door and was unwilling to speak to me leaving her young stuff to deal with the situation! Very poor.
