Staff disgraceful - I waited for sb to come and get my order at dinner time for 15 minutes and then decided they wanted me to leave, staff ignored guests, location nowhere close to amenities

Clean room, large parking for cars, there is a swimming pool.

I booked a room for 2 people, and upon arrival we were told that they had only 1 indicated and that they would have to pay extra for one more person. This became very strange for me, since I remember exactly that I had passed through a double room where the price was indicated for two people. Then the woman said that this was most likely some kind of mistake and did not charge for another person. But in general, the price is too high for such a hotel.
