we stopped here after a late flight so got in late but the hotel room was clean and in a good location for the bars and restaurants also very handy bus stop outside that takes you to Palma helpful friendly staff good breakfast

we were woken by noisy guests in the hotel late at night (morning) no door on the bathroom which isn’t nice for anyone the corridors felt a bit like a school corridor

The food was a bit blind and over cooked/ greasy.

The location and our room with sea view were superb. The staff is super friendly and helpful, a 10 for them. Breakfast was great, lots of options. The sky bar.

not much not to like at the property it self, the property was in a predominantly German district, Which in itself is not bad but entertainment in the area was German I would have preferred a more diverse selection of entertainment ,

The staff were very nice, polite, friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable

The bathroom was old and the shower didn’t work very well. The hairdryer didn’t work and there were hardly any toiletries

The rooftop terrace has an amazing view, right in front of the beach, and has a Jacuzzi. Food was really good, I choose for half pension(breakfast and dinner included) and it was definitely the right choice - the drinks are not included during the dinner, but they are included in the breakfast. Food and beverage staff was amazing! The rest of the staff was also good, but the servers from breakfast and dinner were really nice, chefs as well..

The food described in the menu(I had lunch in the rooftop-so it was paid) was different from what I actually got. I ordered a wok of vegetables with mushrooms, courgettes according to the menu, but I received the wok with a lot of paprika and barely no other vegetable. It did not mention in the menu that it would come with paprika, qnd i don't really eat it, so i asked the staff and the chef prepared another wok with the correct vegetables.. It was a solved really fast, so extra points for that.

The location was excellent. The rooftop Sky Bar was great but the jacuzzi was ridiculously small and certainly not as it is shown on their marketing images, some artistic license has been used.

The air conditioning was particularly poor and the beds were uncomfortable to say the least. We complained about the first room offered to us and we’re rapidly upgraded to a larger room with a slightly better mattress. The air conditioning remained abysmal.

The location and customer service were brilliant and also the views on the 5th floor and breakfast highly recommend the also helped as with all the enquaries we had definitely coming back the cocktails were perfect.

I really like the terrace which the best part of the hotel in my opinion, also location next to the beach is good. What was a big plus was really friendly staff at reception, they were helpful and understanding in case of an issue

Hotel feels a bit outdated, especially some room as my friends stayed in old part and that one wasn't even 3 stars, swimming pool is also not soo great and over all hotel feels a bit old. Food was kinda average, but not bad, but nothing excellent either.

The location was pretty central and lots of things and places around. The rooftop bar was just amazing with astonishing views. The food was great and cheap (if you were ordering separately). Staff was very friendly.

There was no way to get some water to drink at the hotel after 11 PM. We needed it for the baby and I was told to go for a water hunt at the Bars around. The room was quite small for us but e.g. our friends(without a baby) got a pretty huge room. You have to know that the hotel entrance does not have direct access to the street, so if you are travelling with a car, make sure to find a parking lot.
