A fantastic experience. Wonderful attentive staff, amazing location right on the beach, fantastic food, lots of veggie options at breakfast, great spa with a view right onto the bay, blissfully chilled out atmosphere... I cannot praise this place enough. Easily the best hotel I have ever stayed in. It's not even close.

De locatie is top! Het hotel ook. Alles superschoon en de service kan niet beter! Geweldig uitzicht vanuit de kamer.

Als ik dan al een minpunt kan bedenken, is dat onze kamer op de 1e verdieping lag. Dan is het fijner denk ik om hoger te zitten ivm de muziek en koffieautomaat die je dan heel goed hoorde...

The hotel is absolutely beautiful with the most amazing views, the staff couldn't help enough, they were all so kind, helpful and accommodating! It was our anniversary whilst we were here, the staff brought some complimentary champagne to our room and a little card wishing us happy anniversary! Such a kind gesture! The hotel was so clean and tidy. The breakfast was brilliant with so much choice. There's a few restaurants and shops within minutes walking distance. We loved our time here, it was perfect. One of the nicest places we have ever been to. We will definitely be going again!

Best beach in Ibiza, excellent spot for a quiet get away far from parties and noise, yet 15km away if you wanted some.

Set in a beautiful bay, great facilities (pool and spa) and right on the beach. We loved that all rooms face the sea and had balconies.

A few improvements: - it would be helpful to have car parking information ahead of arrival. - we expected a king or super king bed but it was 2 singles pushed together with two separate thin sheets (no duvet) so not that comfortable although got used to it. - the spa could use some hooks for towels as currently setup for only 3/4 people to be in there but can get busy on a rainy day. Also having a water cooler (similar to inside the gym) so people can get some water after coming out of the sauna would be good.

Everything was so good, The room was so nice and clean, the bed is comfortable but the pillows are a bit hard. The breakfast was amazing! the staff were so friendly and accomodating, and don't forget to try their massage sooo good. thank you we will be back soon for sure!!

The hotel is located in a very nice and quiet location. The beach and the water is very clean. Hotel staff is very kind and helpful and turned our stay into a wonderful time.

Honestly, the one and only reason I gave this hotel any positive scores are because of their customer service superstar, Anais. She was incredibly friendly, helpful and genuine. She remembered us every morning when she saw us, and she followed-up on things that we reported to her. Honestly, she is an absolute gem and she deserves to be recognised for how well she takes care of customers. Thank you, Anais! The beach and the seaside are also beautiful as well. The sea is rejuvinating. I have been to Cala San Vicente many times and I highly recommend the beach itself.

The staff were generally unfriendly. Our flight was 3 hours late, meaning we arrived at the hotel after 3am in the morning. We went to check-in and the staff took more than 20 mins at the front desk. I admit I was tired, but it just seemed to take forever. The staff had to scan each of our passports twice. They got the paperwork wrong. They insisted that we pay upon check-in. Our rooms were too hot and we had trouble sleeping. I was told very adamantly by four different staff members that it's the law and there's nothing that could be done. However Anais as mentioned above was the only staff member who arranged for someone to go to our room to CHECK if there was anything unusual, or if the situation could be improved at all. She remembered this the next day and she asked us about it. Thank you, Anais. When I made the booking, I accidentally selected the option without breakfast for 20-something euro's per night per person less. The first morning of breakfast, I asked if we could have it added to our room and they said yes but it would be 30 euro's per person per breakfast ever day. I don't like that when a hotel charges you more if you book in advance vs book once you arrive. It feels underhanded. Instead of getting breakfast, every morning we ordered coffee instead. We ordered cafe latte and we seemed to get a different drink depending on who took the order. One gentleman waiter would serve me what appeared to be a cappacino. One day, one of the guests I was travelling with wanted to order a peach cocktail that was on the menu. She ordered from a waiter by the pool, and she had to wait over 1 hour for a drink. The staff were not particularly friendly towards her when she asked if the drink was coming (we assumed they had forgotten). I have stayed at Grupotel Cala San Vicente half a dozen times since 2013. I was excited when they refurbished the hotel. I was super disappointed to actually see it in reality.

Too bad it’s far away from the airport and every place wish it was closer but still I would come back to it.

It was a beautiful, calm, clean, and modern hotel. Away from the hustle and bustle of the old town. It's really great for a good relaxing time. The team of people are great.

Breakfast - 10/10 Staff - 10/10 Location 10/10 (I would suggest a car hire as you are quite remote!) - I would say there are some excellent restaurants nearby (Make sure you book the Boat House!) Hotel - 10/10

Nice new hotel, super friendly and accomodating staff, new facilities, very diverse & qualitative breakfast options, quiet neighborhood in June, sea view from bedroom

Lack of toiletries in room, beach in front of hotel is private therefore you have to pay for beds (we thought it was the hotel private beach), too many beds by the pool, in high season it might get crowded.

The welcome, hygiene, design and above all the staff were incredible! I loved Ibiza and its Spaniards 🌅 I had a crush on one of the members of staff, and I'll let you discover him: handsome, tall and smiling. See you soon in ibiza, see you soon in El Somni 🌞

A few things are missing from the bathroom, cotton wool, cotton buds, etc., but for a hotel that's just opened everything is perfect!

We loved our stay at El Somni! It is a brand new hotel, with amazing amenities, great swimming pool, lovely designed rooms with comfy beds, and most importantly breathtaking views of one of the most beautiful beaches in Ibiza! Cala Sant Vincente is really a gem, and it is almost only visited by guests of the 2-3 hotels on the beach, so never crowded!
