I arrive late and The staff in reception was very kind .
Location is lovely - close to the beach .
The breakfast was nice .
The cleaners lady was kind .
1.i arrive late and around 2 am - no hot water in the bathroom - shower - not at 2 am, not the next morning, 3 pm or evening.
I ask at the reception - the guy said "I don't know".
2. The shower was attached to the bottom of the wall and you still have to use one hand to hold it. Maybe so you don't have to take a long shower and save on water bills.
3. Also, the tub had no stopper. You can not take a bath so as not to "mess up" the filling, relaxing.
Make it safe from the bills ...
4..The toilet was blocked - if this happens to you - just inform the reception.

Jorge, wife, family & staff were exceptionally kind & helpful. Breakfast was amazing, rooms beautiful & they all showed such kindness to us whilst we stayed with them. I would highly recommend Hotel Mallas & will definitely return there.

It was clean, food was good.
Only thing that we didn't like is that on windows/door wasn't mosquito net. It was not a solution for us to close everything and leave the air conditioner working so that we wouldn't be hot because we had a ten-month-old baby with us.

The breakfast was very nice and wide range of selections. The owners are really lovely! Location is perfect, the beach is very close and there is a shop and bakery opposite. The balcony is big and has a good view.

Everything. Perfect location in the center with a private parking. Well maintained, equipped and very clean rooms with everything in function. Great breakfast with high variety of different foods and drinks. And on top of everything, the extraordinary hospitality with very high level of professionalism has made our stay wonderful. We will for sure come back again. 😊

Just the location and breakfast
Staff not polite, very rude, specifically son of the owners. They should behave with guests with basic respect. Didnt felt welcome

The hosts are friendly, the hotel is very close to the beach and the breakfast was good. The rooms are generally nice looking and spacious enough.
They have serious moisture issue. I was there with my daughter (2 year old) and wife. My daughter played with the rollpaper behind the bed and accidentally removed some piece.. it was scary. They had black mold on the walls which is known to be toxic. One cannot hide such things and pretend all is Ok. Additionally, one has to close the door so the air conditioner start working so we slept with door closed most of the days. We just found out this on the last day, otherwise this was a reason for leaving immediatly.

Location superb,pool cleaned daily,super comfy bed,and a wonderful room opening up into a huge balcony,doubling the size to enjoy the evening and night after a day in the sun.
Plentiful buffet breakfast,all tastes catered for, delicious omelettes, pastries and cake (which coming from the UK was a lovely guilty treat for the morning). Air con fab and reliable,spacious modern accommodation.
It is likely you will be in the minority if travelling from the UK, nonetheless the welcome and service was exceptional.we knew this,and really,chose the place and kalikrateia due to this.
