Really well furnished and very comfortable master bed

It’s very family oriented and plenty to do for the kids. Lots of pools, included one that heated, jumping, game area, playground and tennis court. It’s also very close to the river, so if you like fishing or water sports it’s a great spot. Also there are some additional under cover car parks which is super handy.

The 3 bedroom apartment we stayed in is super outdated and almost falling apart. Don’t believe the floors were vacuumed or anything properly wiped, uncomfortable beds, stained mattresses, the laundry and dishwashing liquids provided was inadequate, stayed for 4 nights and been given 2 packs, the same with toilet paper and bin bags. There was absolutely no supplies for cooking at all, such as oil, salt, pepper. “Free” Wifi awful, may as well not have it. The cafe was disappointing with below average food and inflated prices, 2 coffees and baby chino $16! Suggestion to make your own food or have a little wonder around, only few hundred meters there are some awesome coffee shops and cafes.

Loved the facilities for the kids they could be kept busy with everythingthere was to do and play. The set up of Ivory Palms was fantastic and the property was beautifully maintained.

It was a little disappointing that the Cafe was not open for a majority of our stay.

Huge Clean apartment with so much room for a family of 5…. friendly staff!!Close enough to everything noosa has to offer…absolutely awesome for the kids with the facilities on offer at this place! Highly recommend

Location is good

Rooms a bit dated but reflects the value price

Comfortable apartment, everything provided. Nice location by a lovely pond. Within walking distance to the river and restaurants. Good value for money. Although schoolies week, there were no issues.

Mould in the shower, poor internet connection, toilet broke down.

Quiet room in the middle of the resort with a very comfortable bed, made for an excellent sleep. My particular apartment's kitchen and couch was a bit tired, but I understand the apartments are privately owned and some others are very nice. The grounds and 3 pools are lovely. And the location is great, near the river.

No microwave in the kitchenette.

This resort was fabulous with onsite restaurant, very friendly staff, beautiful and well maintained facilities. Apartment was well equipped and very clean and quiet with lagoon balcony was lovely.

The bed was really uncomfortable. There was a matress protector which was hard and bumpy.

tap at laundry too tight couldn’t turn it on,aircon remote lounge area not working ,no rugs at the toilet and bathroom, no extra rubbish bag.

Good resort, good location. Our townhouse was nice & roomy

Bed was hard & uncomfortable. Food was good at the restaurant but staff did not want to be there. Customer service was so flat, barely a word said. Table not cleared until we ordered more coffees. I asked if there was a water, got a sideways nod to a machine, 4 staff serving no one else. I asked if there was a toilet available, got another sideways nod to a door (different staff)

The pools were amazing, especially with young kids. The townhouse was spacious. The kids also loved the jumping pillow. we would have played tennis, but we ran out of time!

the particular room I had was quite basic, and the shower didn’t work in one bathroom. having said that, other friends had much better looking rooms. it must be just variation in owners I assume. we were barely in the room, so it wasn’t a huge issue.
