Grosses schönes Zimmer. Grosses und gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Shuttel service nach Kitzbühel. Garage fürs Auto. Essen generell sehr gut.

Das Menu das am morgen für den Abend vorliegt ist nicht immer das was wir am Abend bekommen haben. Vorfreude. 30 Euro für das Parkieren Täglich

Besonders das gesamte Personal - äußerst zuvorkommende, aufmerksame und freundliche Mitarbeiter! Ich hatte ein sehr großzügiges Zimmer mit großem Balkon, auf dem 2 Liegen, Stühle mit Tisch und ein Hängestuhl Platz hatten. Der Blick ging zwar nach hinten auf einen Hang raus, da ich hier Winterurlaub gemacht habe, war ein Weitblick nicht zwingend nötig. Im großzügigen Bad gab es 2 Waschbecken, eine große begehbare Dusche mit Sitz, ein absperrbares separates WC. Pflegeartikel wie Shampoo, Conditioner, Duschgel, Handwaschcreme, Bodylotion, Föhn, Kosmetiktücher - standen zur Verfügung. Das Zimmer selbst war geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Minibar gefüllt mit antialkoholischen Getränken, Kaffeemaschine und Teekocher waren vorhanden ebenso wie ein großer Flatscreen. Rundum herrlich! Die abendliche Stimmung im Hotel mit Pianomusik, gemütlichen Sitzgelegenheiten am Kamin trug zu einem gelungenden Aufenthalt bei.

Schon der Empfang war wirklich traumhaft - super nettes Personal und ein herzliches Ambiente, ein wunderschönes, gemütliches und gepflegtes Hotel und auch in den Zimmern fühlt man sich sofort wohl. Das Frühstücksbuffet hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen und generell wurde einem jeder Wunsch von den Lippen abgelesen!

Der Poolbereich war durch Kinder und Wasserfälle etwas laut und leider waren im Ruhebereich immer alle Liegen belegt. Generell kann der Poolbereich im Gegensatz zum Rest des Hotels nicht 100% mithalten, auch das Angebot an Getränken oder Snacks war etwas mager. Dafür war der Saunabereich super schön und modern.

There was a spider in the sink in bathroom. But we found common agreement and signed peace pact, so all good in the end.

Central location where you can reach to many neighboring areas. Luxurious place. very good breakfast. Spa operating hours allow you to relax after a long day out

Parking should be provided with the reservation and not to be paid separately for each night.

Absolutely amazing! the staff were exceptional, the attention to detail at every moment of our stay was exceptional. The hotel is beautiful and the room was perfect, we loved the huge bath tub. we were given welcome drinks upon arrival, shown to our rooms and our luggage take care off, Rico at reception drove us to town for drinks as part of the service in the hotel van, just wow, what great service, and we were given refreshments to take with us when checked out and a lovely gift each. The Golf restaurant was beautiful, as was the food and the service from the young water. I think he was called Louis. Highly highly recommended.

Nothing, it was all perfect.

This was our second visit to this hotel within one month. We just love it. Great decor, facilities (The Gym is probably the best I have seen and the Spa is nice as well), comfy bar, lovely and helpful staff, and great food. Just a whole package of excellence. Great job guys! We will be back soon again.

Everything was really excellent, maybe just the Spa area could be kept cleaner. There were piles of used towels everywhere. Apart from that, PERFECT in every way!

The only thing was the extra 20 euro for daily parking which was hidden in the reservation. Just regular parking outside the hotel... Wasnt mentioned in the total pricing (the local tax was mentioned).

Loved the hotel. Staff so friendly and helpful. Shuttle bus to and collecting us from the ski gondola / slopes meant no carrying or walking with ski gear at all.

The room and the spa were fabulous. So was the breakfast. The daily commute to ski was not so great but manageable. However, will try to come back in summer as the place must be amazing during summer months.

Very good gym. Fully equipped and mr. Giovanni very helpful and good instructor. He had organize many classes with a variety of programs.

We stayed at the Tirolia 3 years ago, then Hilton, and we were maybe a little anxious that we wouldn't like it as much as then. But the opposite was true. We even loved it more! The lobby, gym and yogarooms did have a spectacular renovation, a coffee station in the lobby served free cappucino's to go the entire morning, lovely gym and yogalessons free to participate throughout the day and I believe the best hotelspa in the world. Very dogfriendly. The rooms again were amazing. It's so comfortable! I would describe the interiour as authentic Austrian with a very modern but superiour warm twist. All staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. We choose this hotel because it's great with a dog, the location is about 1 km off the main road and it is superquiet. There are several restaurants you can choose from and food and drinks are also absolutely great and very affordable!

We both had 2 massages each and the wellnessrooms are, compared to all the other spaces, not renovated. Especially here you expect a warm and cosy atmosphere. They're not ugly, but compared to all the other area's, not very cosy either. Would recommend to upgrade them too.

My husband and I stay for few days with our dog. I must say that this the best hotel that we have ever been. Interior, room, stuff, location… Everting. They even give us in our room for our dog a bed, snack and water container. Hotel is soo worm and luxury, spa pool lobby and rooms are amazing. You have peace in resort and all around restort and you are in center for 2 minutes. Will be back again for sure!

The facilities and the room.

The dynamics of the staff (they don’t speak German), the breakfast was good but not exceptional compared to other hotels in that region and the dinner could improve.
