ロケーションと立地の割には宿泊費が安くお得感はある。また、スタッフの対応は親切でとてもよかった。更には、食事が朝、夜共に充実しており（夜は部屋代の込々の夕食ではなく、独自に注文したが）、大満足だった。
価格が安いので仕方ないとは思うが、部屋を鍵で開け閉めする操作がかなり難しく四苦八苦した。また、これも価格が安いので仕方ないが、設備が非常に古く、使い勝手がよくはなかった。

Die Lage ist mitten in der Fußgängerzone in Chamonix
Durch die super zentrale Lage hört man Nachts das Treiben um einen herum, wenn man die Fenster geöffnet hat (Aufräumen der Tische und Stühle der umliegenden Bars und Restaurants. Streitereien und die Kehrmaschine am frühen morgen)

Hotel is oud , badkamer en slaapkamer waren vies , veel kapot en persoon vind nadat wij dit hadden gemeld de standaard die Nederlanders willen te hoog is gegrepen. Hotel geheel verbouwen aan binnenkant is noodzakelijk.

This is the place for you if you are into the 1950's. The service is according to the 1950's. If the customer asks, you will probably receive, as the staff will deliver if ok, according to management or any other restrictions possibly in charge of something. The location is great. The staff is 👍

Fantastic location. Very friendly staff, they go the extra mile to make sure you are having a good stay excellent service. It has a good restaurant.

as it was an old hotel, floors were noisy and doors.
could hear upstairs walking around, and if we woke to go to toilet during night we would wake each other when walking on floorboards or opening doors. Would have loved a chair to sit on balcony to enjoy the views.

Loved the vintage look, the mountain views and the central location in Chamonix. Also appreciated the glass water bottles reception gave us and the unlimited coffee and hot chocolate!

Excellent location and view! Friendly and helpful staff
We stayed on 3rd floor. In washroom had a slanted roof/ceiling so it was difficult to shower .. we had ti shower bending over and it was very uncomfortable

I was going to change my plans and not go to chamonix at all. I have them 2 or 3 months notice to cancel but they won't give me a refund :(

In the heart of the city. traditional old world French rooms. staff were very nice and accommodating. view to Mont Blanc.

The property needs serious modernization. that said, it was great value for money considering it’s in the middle of Chamonix town. if it were modernized, it would no longer be good value, so….

Clean and comfortable. The staff was really friendly, the room has everything you need and the hotel is cozy. It is located right in the city center.

The property seem to have good partnership with other hotels in Chamonix. Although not informed that they were closed for renovation online, I was directed to a well established Alpina Eclectic Hotel with very good facilities without incurring additional costs. Due to that, my stay in Chamonix wasn’t dampened.

Spacious room, great location, helpful staff, design and decoration beautiful, comfy beds, big washroom.
A bit on the high end of the price. Paid parking which is bad. The locality has free parking.

The location was great. The staff were helpful & friendly.
The hotel needs some updating. Shower did not fit on the wall. No facility to make a hot drink in our room.

We had issues with our hot water and on one of the nights we stayed the shower was only a hand held one (we stayed before and after the TMB). Incredibly dated and in need of a spruce up!
