Very comfortable and clean. Veronica was so lovely, full of life. Breakfast was the best! Great coffee & attentive staff and the room was beautiful ❤️ Very close to train station.

Lots of construction happening around us but we were there in Spring so I suppose it has to be done sometime. I had earplugs so all 👍

Rooms were clean and comfortable Staff was really helpful, polite and professional Pizzeria was excellent, THe staff in Pizzeria were really humble and helped a lot in selecting best dishes Price was reasonable Breakfast also was excellent I should mention that their hot chocolate was the best I ever had

La struttura era chiusa

La struttura mi ha dato la disdetta 14 giorni prima di partire per la vacanza. Mi hanno detto che dovevano rinnovare l‘albergo in quel periodo. Poi quando sono stato a Samedan la struttura era semplicemente chiusa perché avevano deciso di chiudere la struttura per mancanza di clienti. In quel periodo anche altre strutture e ristoranti avevano chiuso perché sembrava che non ci fosse nessuno in paese. Ritengo il comportamento della struttura di far fare le prenotazioni e poi annullare se non ci sono abbastanza clienti molto sgradevole. Io ovviamente ho dovuto cercare un altra camera con prezzi molto maggiorati rispetto a quando avevo prenotato io. La struttura mi ha detto per whatsapp che sarebbero felici di ospitarmi un altra volta. Non sapevo se mi stavano prendendo in giro o cosa.

Das Personal ist außergewöhnlich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Als das Personal sag, dass wir die CheckIn Zeit nicht halten konnten, wurden wir per Anruf und sms benachrichtigt, inkl Tür Zugangscode und Depot des Zimmer Schlüssels.

The breakfast was superb and in a beautiful grand ballroom, but rather pricey.

The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom is large, with a bathtub. Very good location, near train station.

I stayed in the hotel before the pandemic and everything was perfect then. Now I was disappointed with the breakfast - many products were missing and were only partially replaced. upon request, after 20 minutes. If you can stay for an hour and a half at breakfast to wait for various products, it's ok, but we wanted to go to the mountains... too bad, I hope they recover!

The room was spacious with wooden floor and a big bath room. The hotel seems to be renovated recently. Breakfast table with good choice. Enough space for parking.

Coffee has to be ordered by the staff for breakfast, more convenient would be some automatic coffee machines.

We're expecting balcony

This is a grand old hotel still looks impressive, and provided all modern conveniences including a gorgeous breakfast room and onsite pizzeria. Convenient parking out front, and a short walk to other local restaurants. The staff were very helpful.

We were allocated a great room, great shower and bath, parking was also easy and location was in walking distance to everywhere. The front office manager, Francesco was very welcoming (100% marks) and helpful on our arrival. We did not have a convertor plug ( UK/EU) which the hotel provided us with a solution with no fuss.

Our only negative was that the hot breakfast was not hot which we advised the lady on duty who was not receptive of this feedback which was unfortunate otherwise it was a perfect stay.

excellent location, very close to the station. room was spacious and well equipped. the staff were friendly. the views from the room of the snow capped mountains were beautiful. the breakfast buffet was excellent- but maybe understaffed for a busy morning

we were not notified that the time we traveled was part of Spring holiday period, and many of the towns shops and restaurants were closed. Including the hotel restaurant for dinner. only available was a very reduced menu in the bar or room service

strangely the room didn't have any ceiling lamps. the walls are not particularly sound-proof.
