Everything at the hotel was perfect until I ordered dinner in the restaurant one evening and they served me RAW pork. DANGEROUSLY IRRESPONSIBLE AND UNACCEPTABLE.

Hotel was clean, comfortable, and quiet. This is a hotel that primarily caters to business travelers. Breakfast was very good. wifi was good. Good underground parking. Hotel was well located,we could walk to everything. Hotel staff was pleasant and helpful. My wife liked the electric teakettle in the room.

We had a lovely stay, the location was perfect and it was close to everything and the breakfast was delicious.

Everything was great - the room was clean and there was enough space for clothes and other things, the staff was polite and ready to help, the beds were comfortable. A good old classic hotel with everything that belongs there.

The hotel is what one expects for a 4 star accommodation - friendly helpful staff, clean and spacious rooms, good internet, very well done breakfast. Nothing especially unique or outstanding, but nothing to complain about. The hotel is close to the main train station and city center, everything is walkable distance. All in all, I'd probably stay here again if overnighting in Trento.

The only negative was that parking at the hotel was expensive and there are limited options in the area (not many people want to leave their car with non-local plates on the street by a public park near the train station overnight).
