Clean and very close to the town centre.

shower was a bit small.

Dogs are accepted (although they are not allowed to be left in the room alone at any time). The room was clean (although there was a lingering smell of cigarette smoke)

This wasn't a comfortable stay. The room itself was acceptable (as a 2 star hotel room) but overpriced (in terms of amenities, location, etc)

was able to sleep in a bed, however i think i would have preferred to sit outside the train station all night than spend my money here. it was lucky for me that the receptionist was still there when i arrived as my late check in request was denied (which i did not see until arriving in my room and getting internet access). they graciously kept my stuff and waited for me whilst i went to a cash machine so i could pay the one euro city tax that i couldn't pay by card as i forgot to get money out beforehand however they were extremely rude and condescending towards me and told me i "better leave a good review".

i was not planning on staying in narbonne, i missed my train to lyon due to a flix bus delay (wouldn't recommend getting them by the way coz they drop you off in the middle of nowhere and i had to hitchhike to even get into the city because there were no pedestrian paths or taxis). someone else booked this for me because i had no way of looking for a place at that time and a late check in was requested- it was booked a few minutes before the final check in time- and when i arrived and tried to type the code into the door it didn't work so i waved to the person at reception who came to let me in and then lectured me at length for arriving late saying how "we're not a big hotel we don't have 24hr reception" and i apologised profusely and said thank you and tried to explain the reason i ended up late after having a hell day of travelling but i was talked over as i was told over and over again that i should have been on time then i was asked to pay one euro city tax, i realised i had forgotten to get cash out on my way from the city centre and i asked if i could pay by card and was told no and that i would have to go and get some money, i asked if they knew where a cash machine was and i was told to go to the shop next door to buy something and get cash back.

Helpful reception, comfortable bed, close to historic centre. Good restsurants nearby

On street Parking difficult. Noisy road, scruffy part of town

checkin times are between 5 to 9 and no baggage storage areas

I arrived earlier than expected but was allowed to enter my room anyway. The staff very accommodating. A safe garage to keep my bike.

Little natural light - there was no window out to the street, only to an inside area.

Extremely nice and helpful staff along with lovely facilities, truly enjoyed my stay here and time in Narbonne

I enjoyed all aspects of my stay

Although we arrived a little bit late due to traffic problems, the hotel called us and the receptionist stayed longer to give us the key. Thank you!

Friendly staff, Clean, Had all the basics

Not bad for a stop over night with the objective of a room/bed to sleep. Large room for family of 5

Parking was tricky and no hotel staff or service past 8pm.

Not much really

. Room was small and needs updating now, bathroom was tiny,had to sit side saddle on the throne .reception and garage only open for a very limited time,no staff on duty all day or night. Acor group really must upgrade this hotel very soon, overpriced very basic old hostel type accommodation. We expected a lot more, very disappointed

There was no breakfast served, as me and my boyfriend were the only guests.

Parking could have been free. Also, the Wifi did not work for us.

The Manager was extremely helpful and made us feel very welcome and the secure parking was a big plus for a hotel not far from the centre of the old part of town.

The en suite bathroom could have been better arranged space wise

All in the room and the whole hotel was good clean. Don't miss to use the hotel's parking. It is big enaugh and safety for your car. The hotel is closed enaugh to the center and all that you need.

A small thing, but it was a bit dirty out side the widow, probably about the pigeons.

Area around the hotel is okay, but the hotel is very central. Rooms and hallway were clean.

Bathroom was not built very properly and the finishing is bad, but it was clean and good for a budget hotel. I could hear the neighbours quite well even though they were not loud. Lucky they went to bed early.

The hotel is very near the cathedral. There is a free parking zone around the hotel.
