Bar service with food extremely slow.. also at times the receptionist trying to cover both reception and bar service surely this could be much better staffed

Property was easy to find and located very near where I needed to be. Quality As you would expect from a holiday inn

Having to pay for parking, being told not to leave anything in the vehicle due to prolific theft of valuables and vehicles on their car park, also a man tried to enter my room before 08:00am in the morning of my stay which wasn’t house keeping, I thought it was very strange

The 21 meter square room with 2 double beds is perfect for a family of 4. Check in was easy and the room was ready on arrival after midday. We were ready for the dinner post the kitchen close time of all the restaurants in the festival centre but the hotel’s restaurant was open which really made our night ! The breakfast was great and the garden at the backyard was very relaxing to smoke or have a private call ! The mini fridge in the room is a plus.

No espresso in the breakfast was a big negative specially with caffeine addicted people like me ! The carpet in the corridors of the rooms is filthy. It need immediate change. The room furniture and facilities are out of date.

Rest of the hotel was run down and in need of refreshment. Particularly the outside, which is not appealing to visitors

There was some weird buzzing noise coming from outside during our sleep. Other than that the stay was great

Lokatie was goed. Makkelijk om te parkeren. Ik kon lid worden van IHG hotels, en dan was de parking zelfs gratis..Kon binnen of buiten zitten en alles was netjes. Ik had een taxi nodig en de receptionist moest alleen op een knop drukken om een te laten komen (zo leek het ten tenminste). Het was een prettig verblijf.

Een van de twee liften was constant buiten gebruik.

All very good, great breakfast, big room, well appointed, staff are very kind and friendly

They have messages everywhere trying to pressure you to score them '10' for your stay, including a very poor attempt in the room saying a 9/10 is a satisfactory stay. If you give great service you should get a 10, don't need to be influenced by crass promotion by manager everywhere you look. Need better soundproofing to reduce joy riding vehicle noise from Bas Vegas car parks.

Good breakfast, little on the pricy side but going rate nowadays, Plenty to do in the immediate area, bars cinema etc

We had noisy neighbours, didn't really effect me as I'm deaf, the wife was a bit annoyed but then again it was and overnight stop for us.

There was a constant noise all day and night. We were on the fifth floor and I’m not sure what it was it sounded like water running through the pipes. Also our room wasn’t cleaned one day however we were compensated by a free breakfast.

Clean tidy nice place

The heating system was banging and creaking all night, I rang the front desk twice but it kept me awake all night. I’ll be asking for a refund as I was meant to be in exams the following day and had to cancel to sleep with a migraine.

Everything was good except the room heating. Could not sleep as the room temperature could not be raised. Two nights of lost sleep.

The location was fantastic and the parking spaces available for free for customers make it superb.

The room was small and I could hear sounds of fantasy from next room.

I was allocated a disabled room which was not requested. It was in the staff quarters and the bathroom was like a public convenience.

The location was good.

The room was hot through the night even without the heating and the air conditioning was too noisy to use. The radiator in the room kept making a constant sound through the night
