Truly one of the best and most unique hotels in the world. Only 26 rooms so all levels of service are outstanding!! Located just outside the center of Oia so it's a peaceful and serene environment.

The service of the staff is excellent, especially the front desk. Breakfast includes a good variety. The area outside the room offers privacy and spectacular view
The path connecting the front desk and the room is quite demanding for older guests.

Best hotel stay we’ve had. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous and our private outdoor pool and view from our room was absolutely breathtaking. The complimentary breakfast was delicious - the homemade jams were so yummy. The spa experience was phenomenal. All the staff here were so warm, friendly, helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay feel comfortable. This hotel felt so luxurious and was the perfect stay for our dream honeymoon!

Exceptional location and views. The spa and front desk team were excellent.
Most of the restaurant/pool staff was very good but some of the people in the afternoon were less attentive.

The location was excellent, champagne breakfast was a dream. Loved the view from our suite and the pool was great. Perfect spot for romance.

1. They didn’t assign me the correct room that I made the reservation for. Only after I complained they move me into another room that close to my reservation, but, not what I made the reservation for.
2. The power went off every 10-15 minutes and sometimes even sooner. It’s cause the air conditioning system to shut down and I couldn’t sleep well as I had to wake up every time to turn the air conditioning on.
3. The WiFi wasn’t working most of the time and even when it was working, it was very slow or no reception.
4. Room service took forever.
5. It’s not worth the money they charge.

Room was big & exquisite, with amazing view of caldera. Staff was incredibly accommodating & lovely. Very solicitous and attentive. Location in Oia fantastic on caldera side of Island. Walk to Strogili Restaurant or Ammoudi Bay to Katina or Dmitri’s to see sunset . Also hotel at beginning of beautiful walkway through heart of Oia’s shopping district.
Clearly hotel a little challenged following extensive COVID shutdown. Pickup at airport was fantastic. 20 minutes to hotel. We were moved to this hotel because sister hotel not open. Showed up second night with reservation at one of hotel’s two restaurants & no reservation. We were asked to show our email confirmation, which we did. Eventually we were seated. Same occurred 2 days later at hotel spa and we were asked to change reservation time. Both were terrific but last minute changes most distressing.

Mainly the vibrant from the staffs at the hotel. They are all amazing people and I can’t thank them enough for treating us with respect and love.
The manager was very supportive in everything we needed.
Andre was so supportive in times of our meals.
Maria was supportive for our anniversary dinner.

We initially booked the Katikies Kirini but were upgraded to the Katikies Santorini.
Staff was lovely, views are breathtaking, and location is perfect.
Bonus is the breakfast served on the room private terrace.
