Where do I start ? The view is to die for ! The beds were amazing! Like sleeping on clouds! The cleanliness of the apartment was way above average, and the attention to detail was impeccable! From complimentary chocolate and coffee pods to the detergent, everything was laid out with attention to detail and made our stay so much easier. Everyone at reception went above and beyond. The service was fantastic.

I did feel that this property is expensive in comparison to others, and one of the buttons in the shower was broken.

The location is the draw card as the beach is only minutes across the accomodation and Coles is 5 minutes walk. You only need to go downstairs and all the shops & restaurants are there to choose from and so close to everything. Sea Life Aquarium is only 5 minutes drive (or you can even walk there if you love to walk).

We booked one of the Penthouses but our unit must have been the smallest out of the Penthouses because the whole unit was small and we felt there wasn't enough room for 6 people. The room was located at the side of the building and the configuration of the whole unit was quite weird. The unit needed to be refurbished and the furnishings and kitchen were old and dated (especially for a Penthouse and the amount we paid). The kitchen was not as clean as we would like it to be and under the beds were dirty. The Wifi was also terrible. It only worked in the lounge area but once in the bedroom, there was no Wifi.

Cailin was helpful, proactive and responsive to our enquiries. She is so friendly and cheerful and arranged the high floor room for us. We loved the beautiful view from our balcony. Really enjoyed ourselves during our anniversary and my brother's twin girls birthday.

If each room's air con temperature can be controlled separately, that would be great. As the control was from master bedroom, it became a little warm for us when my brother and family were feeling cold in the 2 small rooms. would be nice to have a welcome drink upon arrival

The staff were helpful and friendly, location was excellent, exceptional views and the room was comfortable, immaculate and every detail had been thought about. We went for our 30th wedding anniversary and the special effort of the Oceans team was appreciated.
