very nice and clean room, friendly staff.

Room was spacious and very clean. So close to the beach and we had our own lounge chairs on the beach each day. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Brought breakfast to our room which was appreciated. Short drive to Gytheio.

We had booked a studio but due to some complications we were upgraded to a suite which was much bigger than the one we booked. The beds were comfy and the bathroom was clean. The staff was really friendly.
There was a weird unpleasant smell outside of the apartments after the first night, which was probably due to the drainage system.

it was fantastic! lovely studio apartment with a comfortable bath, small kitchen, specious room of a double bed and a sofa, lovely dining table and balcony. Elena the manager/owner and her staff are efficient and friendly. Gave me so many advices re places to visit. it’s really a perfect and unique accommodation!

Good position, 50m from beach, nice loungers and umbrellas on beach belonging to hotel. Several nice tavernas, in close walking distance. Nice breakfast served by owner who is very pleasant and informative. Would stay again.
occasional bad smell on our balcony (drain), didn't stop us using it.

Everything was perfect. Amazing apartment, amazing view on an amazing beach, outstanding service, excellent breakfast suited just to how we like it, cannot praise this place enough. Elena has thought of everything to make your holiday the best it could be. Thank you!

Signage Property name not standing out if it wasn’t for the Green writing mentioning breakfast and wifi I had to back track. Having my room available after 17:40. Apartment reminded me of an elderly grandmothers house specially the shiny apricot table cloth

Elena, the proprietor, was very friendly, helpful and professional. Breakfast in the garden was very good. Close to the beach and quiet, with a large balcony.
Everything was clean except the tablecloth.

Price would be ok with breakfast included. 8€ per person supplement is just not acceptable.
