Room was dirty, curtain had brown stains. Pull out sofa was like a hospital bed. The hotel is old and not well maintained, staff was bored and gave one word answers, breakfast was terrible, everything is cheap looking. The outside pool was dirty and not well maintained. We canceled our stay after one night. A cheap hotel for guests with no standards

- location: the hotel is beachfront, has rooms with sea view, which is always a plus - room: the room was spacious and the furniture and electronics were in pretty good condition - staff: people were friendly and most of them were speaking english - parking: the hotel has private parking for a daily fee, which provided a sense of security for our personal car

- housekeeping: even though the room was pretty clean when we arrived, it was NOT cleaned at all during our 5 nights stay (the towels and sheets were never changed, we had to constantly ask for toilet paper, shower gel and shampoo) - elevators: the hotel has only 2 elevators for a lot of guests and there were constantly lines to take them; they are pretty outdated and one of them was constantly out of service, which also made it even worse. Also, the elevators are not really safe as they had NO SENSORS, actually hitting people when coming in and out - mold: the mold was present in almost all humid places- shower, air conditioner, fridge - food: during our 5 nights stay, the food was always the same and not really tasteful - Wi-Fi: very bad, worked only in the hotel reception - shower: was clogged and leaky, each time I had a shower, the bathroom was a mess - private beach: even though it is common for bulgarian hotels to have access private beach, Vemara/Kalyakra did not, so we had to pay daily for umbrellas, lounges and mats - pretty loud: you could hear almost every guest talking on the hallway and unfortunately there were drunk guests in the hallways making noise and knocking on random doors

I don’t know, what they mean by “4 star” hotel. It’s ridiculous. It’s likely an old hostel, where nothing works properly. Definitely not a hotel!

The best view for the sea, the sound of the waves. I recommend to have this experience.

There is a minibar, but nothing in it... we would like to have some water, little bottles of soda. Also we had the kettle but no tea bags or instant coffee. No slippers and no robes... The breakfast was pretty ok, but we would like to be diversified. Try to fix the elevator and put some sensors when someone goes in and the doors are closing. By accident when we are waiting for the other ones to get out of the elevator, the timer is running out and you risk being stuck... the open doors button doesn't help that much.

Very dirty rooom, alot of broken things in the room, very bad smell very near the kids pool, like fecals, small pools and not enough sunbeds. Many things needs updated in the rooms hotel, arround pool area, stairs. Alot of noise in the room during night from the beach, hotel guests, from the street even with door closed. No beach or place to go to the beach even paid unless you travel some distance. Really too many things to say that went very wrong in this hotel.

- the hotel looks different from Booking photos, we had a shock - the buffet was horrendous, the food didn’t look fresh at all or like in the Booking photos - staff at the reception were rude with the exception of the manager Rima who tried her best to make out stay pleasant - the hotel is overall dirty, the room and especially the bathroom were very dirty, I had to go and get cleaning products to clean it - the couch in our initial room was broken, ripped, there was dirty everywhere and the A/C was not working (will attach photos) - parking is NOT free and we had to park very far in a different parking than the hotel’s because the hotel’s one which is also NOT free was full - staff doesn’t seem to know the schedule of the beach so we had to wake up extremely early to try and get spots Overall, we were extremely disappointed
