This house was perfect for our family having 9 bedrooms. It was clean and provided all the necessities. I would recommend this house for your next family stay.

Our family of 16 found this house in Somerset, KY. that would accommodate us under one roof! We enjoyed our time together. There were plenty of beds, three floors ( steps), the main level has three bedrooms and three full baths, kitchen, dining, and family room on this floor. This is an older home, but the beds were comfortable and good soft sheets on the beds. I loved the refrigerator - the water and ice dispenser on the fridge were the best! The reason I gave the 3 star on the cleanliness is the gutters were overrun with leaves, hickory nuts on the sidewalk entry, spiderwebs around the door, and the front storm door was very dirty.- this just gives you a “feeling” before you enter. I did sweep the walk and spider webs before our family arrived. The interior of the home was older and some updates , but others needed. One window upstairs had nothing on the window so we were thankful for another choice of bed in the basement area. After we all arrived these things were truly minimal, but just thought i would share. When we left at 5:26 am eastern time this morning, we did notice that the outside lights are out except for one on the far side of the entry. It was very dark to have to get the garbage out at that time! I do not mean to be negative, but just truthful. We did enjoy our time in this home. If we wanted to get together again with family and this house available we would be okay with staying here again.

There were 18 of us that ranged from 3 - 81. The house provided plenty of room for all of us. We had an endless amount of hot water. The decks provided extra space for relaxing and visiting.

Not happy with the curtain instead of door in the one bedroom; another locked on the outside which meant the person staying in that room had to be rescued two different times as he couldn't get out of the room. Mice droppings in some of the kitchen drawers. and no propane for the grill.

Excellent location, well equipped home in a quiet area. Would recommend and hope to book again!

House had plenty of space and was well equipped for our large family. Would love to rent again in the future!

We chose this house as a gathering place for friends and family. We came from 5 states to this central, to us, location. We enjoyed all the various things to do around the area, as well as hanging out at the house. One thing to note is three bedrooms on main floor have direct access to bathrooms. I don't recall that being stated on the website. I may have missed that note. All in all a terrific rental! Thanks for sharing with us.

Home is in a quiet neighborhood nestled in an old grove of Hickory trees which is lovely. Just remember that when you are outside. The squirrels were cutting constantly and dropping nuts. There are multiple bedrooms to choose from, some better than others of course. All of the easily accessible outlets need to be replaced. Outlets 'work' but can no longer hold a plug in place easily. This is routine maintenance. Gutters very much need to be cleaned out. The days with heavy rain showcased this by adding a huge puddle in the driveway. The appliances in the kitchen were all newer and in good working order. The dishwasher is super quiet and worked really well. We still had to use coolers as the single refrigerator was not large enough for the 14 people we had there.

I truly couldn't have ask for a better property to stay at ! The house was exactly as described! So much space to hold all of my friends! Parking was of plenty ! The host of the property was very pleasant! House was very clean! I can't wait to come back !!

The pictures on VRBO are not up-to-date but give a semi halfway decent depiction of the property. The inside is much darker than the pictures show. Found broken furniture, toilets out of date, squeaky beds, outlets don't hold plugs, carpet needs replacing, musty smell downstairs, burned out lights and the list can continue. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms did fit the family and there is plenty of parking. The weekly rate does not match the condition of the property.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Lake Cumberland. This house was in a great location and super close to Lees Ford Marina. The house is great for a large group or multi family as there are three floors and lots of bed choices. My only recommendation would be for the owners to add more outdoor seating. Currently there was a table/4 chairs on top deck and a small meta table/2 chairs on second deck. So we could not all sit outside together and enjoy the beautiful weather. However, the grill was in great working condition and the extra space in the driveway was GREAT! We enjoyed our stay and would recommend the property for large families!

Would of liked to use the deck but was to dangerous for little kids. Kids got splinter in their hands and the stairs where not safe or up to code. But it was very nice inside and clean.

Great property that is a hidden away but close to everything. Plenty of parking and rooms for lots of people to have their own space. 2 living rooms and a large kitchen with 2 dining spaces. There was plenty of space for a party of 16 and we could have had more. The property manger is easy to contact and is sweet and accommodating. I have no complaints!
