I found the whole complex clean and tidy .
The location was perfect to walk to all the restaurants, shop and the beach.
Highly recommend Cayman

The place was really clean. It looked a lot nicer in person than the photos on the internet. Very spacious. Great balcony outside. Gardens were kept very well and the pool was fantastic.
Probably needed 2 towels each. (It’s good to have one for your hair as well)
Coffee pods didn’t seem to work. These were very minor things other than that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

great location near the beach and shops. pool was perfect, lots of space in the unit and kitchen was fantastic.

some of the parking bays are very small, which aren’t always suitable for a large 4WD, but the hotel will try to accommodate for your larger vehicle if possible.

- We stayed in a one bedroom apartment which was spacious, clean and well presented. There is a lounge area, dining area, fully functional kitchen, a big balcony and a laundry room with washer and dryer. The large bathroom has a spa bath which is a bonus.
- Cayman Villas are located within a short walk to the main street where you find lots of shops and restaurants.
- The owners are very friendly and helpful and loves to have a chat.
- The pool is big with lots of deck chairs to lounge in with a covered BBQ area to use if you wish.
- The WIFI was shockingly slow and annoying. There is a limit of 1GB per day.
- Being a self catering apartment, there is no housekeeping. You will need to launder your towels and clean up after yourself including throwing out the rubbish.
- There were only 2 pool towels provided which means you have to wash and dry them continuously.
- The temperature in the "heated pool" was quite cold and therefore not very inviting. Same with the outdoor spa.

Great location, close to the beach and walking distance to all the restaurants etc on the main street. Staff are super helpful and accommodating!

Absolutely fantastic place to stay. Quiet, comfortable, friendly hosts and very clean. Cannot wait to come back and stay again.

As per our last visit to Cayman Villas - the pool was superb, surroundings and rooms very clean, great facilities in the room, very comfortable beds and furniture. The hostess was great the night that we left our key in the room and had to be given a spare key to get in (after waking them when ringing the mobile number). We left a bottle of Sav Blanc to make up for that!

Awesome place.Owners Lee and Bruce were great and so helpful. Beautiful clean room and well maintained property. Great value for money.We will definitely ne back on our next break.

It was close to town, and we had a bottom floor room which was great to get kids in and out of, the pool was great temp and the bbq facilities just spotless. We would stay here again.

We've been to Port Douglas probably 10 times in our lives and this is by far the best accommodation we've had. Not having a go at other accommodation which has been very good also, but the managers (Lee & Bryce) simply could not have helped us more during our stay!! Not to mention that the place is fantastic and rooms are exceptional and exceptionally well kept!
Thanks again Lee & Bryce, we'll be back again for sure....next time with more friends!!! 😁

What bit to like about this property. Is very close to the town centre & easy to locate. The villas are so spacious and great value for money. The staff (Massive shout out to Lee) are so attentive and welcoming.
I can’t wait to visit again, because I will be back at Cayman Villas

The location was great! Just a short walk or drive to the centre of the town or the beach. It was a great apartment and had everything we needed to make meals while on holiday. We had a beautiful room over the pool which was a lovely view to look at each morning. The pool was amazing and included a bbq area. The manager was really lovely and showed us all the locations around town to stop by which was really handy. We definitely will be coming back to cayman villas again. It was great value for money and we enjoyed our stay there .
Some blankets provided in the cupboard had some marks on them but everything else great
