The location was very suitable for us having two dogs. We could access the wonderful areas surrounding the river that were very close by.

The parking for the hotel is really inadequate and I would have liked to have known this before we arrived. We did find some free parking but it was a ten minute walk away from the hotel and with us having a packed car and roof box we were concerned about it's safety.

Large room with lots of light, in a nice central location. Breakfast is basic but quite fresh, with good ingredients. Our car was too big for their parking but they kindly helped us to find a free alternative 😊

The bin in the bathroom was broken and not even emptied from the previous guests. The door of the room has huge gaps so the light from the corridor shines into the room the whole night, and you hear the noise from other guests. The staff is lovely, but when we checked in the person didn’t speak any English.

The kind attention from the staff. The hotel was recently renovated so it looks quite new and very clean. The breakfast is varied and of good quality.

I have no negative comments about my stay.

The area it was in and the lady Sonia on reception and also running the bar was very good, nice and very welcoming. Also the fact we could take our dog and he was welcome in the bar too. Also the room did not smell doggy and was very clean.Thankyou and will stay again

Fresh & clean. We arrived very late at night and easily accessed the property with a code.

The orange juice wasn’t fresh.

The room was brand new, modern and beautiful. I specially loved the green walls as that shade of green was relaxing. The white shower room was really nice, the bed was confortable and the television was huge. There were lots of pleasant details in the room and there were many lights and lamps that you could adapt to your needs. The writing desk and the chair were useful and one could spend a long time writing. The room was good value even though breakfast was not included. The young staff members at the reception desk were friendly and extremely helpful. Location was great as well because the hotel was five minutes far from the cathedral on foot.

I am very tall and my feet got out of bed easily while I was sleeping. The room was a double room but it was just okay for one person, I cannot imagine two people sharing the room for five nights. The room was on the ground floor of the hotel and some noise was heard from the street from time to time even though the hotel was in a quiet side street.
