Die Zimmer sind sehr stilvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet, das Bad geräumig, man findet alles was man braucht. Der schöne, gemütliche Balkon lädt dazu ein die monumentale Bergaussicht bei einem Kaffe zu geniessen oder am Abend die Dämmerung bei einem Glas Wein.
Das Essen ist sehr fein und Qualitativ hochwertig, das meiste Personal sehr zuvorkommend.
Ein Highlight ist das Spa, der Pool und der Ruhebereich mit einer kleinen Terrasse mit Zitronenbäumen und einem Whirlpool draussen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.
Die Musik im Spa-Bereich ist etwas altmodisch.

L'anno scorso eravamo rimasti molto piacevolmente colpiti. Il difficile era quindi confermare la positiva esperienza dell'anno scorso e devo dire che l'hotel Lamm c'è riuscito pienamente.
Tutto al top: struttura sempre curata e impeccabilmente pulita; personale sempre cortese, gentile e disponibile (tutti tutti); servizi sempre eccellenti (spa meravigliosa, cucina eccellente, bar piacevole sulla piazza, spazi comuni molto accoglienti).
La posizione è davvero straordinaria (sulla piazza del graziosissimo Castelrotto), ma allo stesso tempo comoda sia per l'alpe di suusi che per la val gardena.
Parcheggio coperto sempre disponibile e gratuito.
Stanza molto ampia, con letto xxl davvero molto comodo, arredata con gusto e completa di tutto.
Ancora una volta una menzione speciale a Micaela, che mette sempre professionalità, sapieza e cura nei massaggi (brava brava).
Insomma, mi sa che ritorneremo....complimenti.

Pool and terrace are nice.
No air conditioning. Despite the hotel advertising they have air conditioning. This is simply not true. We were told to open the windows at night which resulted in mosquitos. And to close the blinds during the day - which made it so you could not see the view.

The A/C wast adequate and the bedding consisted of a Doona and no sheet didn’t make for A restful sleep

End of the summer season, so the town was quiet. So glad we did the half board & had breakfast & dinner there. Excellent food & superb service. The 4th floor, which is the spa, sauna & relaxation rooms were especially appreciated since we were completely socked in one day & loved going to the quiet room to read & relax. You never have to wonder what time it is since the clock tower chimes every 15 minutes!

The breakfast was exceptional, there were many, many options! A large selection of meat and cheeses, all kinds of teas and coffee options, many kinds of fresh fruit and cereal, and yogurt. Not to even mention the egg dishes from the kitchen. You will not leave hungry and the quality was outstanding.
As a foreigner, it took some getting used to the common practices and few funny conversations. In the end everything worked out and we learned the ropes we needed to.

Beautiful decor everywhere in the hotel. Friendly and caring staff. Relaxing spa and pool.
There is nothing negative. Prices are fair to what you get, especially the charge for half board is cheap for the quality of food your get

The sofa in the leaving room was converted as a third bed for our daughter and unfortunately was very uncomfortable

Rooms were big and clean. The views outside the rooms were all very pretty. Breakfast served had a very good spread. The staff were all very welcoming as well. Great location, it was very near a supermarket.

Everything. The staff, the rooms, the facilities, the food, the location. We were travelling with a small baby and this hotel exceeded our expectations, they had a cot ready on arrival, we were able to make the room dark for her naps, they had a lovely high chair for breakfast and a great kids room we would have used if baby was a bit older. Staff were very helpful with hiking recommendations. Would love to return some day. Pool was beautiful and heated. Spa was great!

The stuff is very helpfull and friendly. The room nice and stylish. The bed very comfortable. Had a great sleep. The restsurant at the evening is extraordinary. Excellent food, very talented chefs! Wow!

Pool is amazing but it's not big..5x11..so for covid only 5 people in a time allowed.. also jacuzzi is very nice but only a family in a time
