The first room assigned had a very strong mold smell. The first and the second had No night table lamps. The TV on the second one did not work.

I was expecting much more from a 5 stars hotel! the room is very basic and quite old, no water bottles offered. the first night we’ve requested a blanket because the room was very cold but those never arrived. we were very jet-legged , I’ve been waiting awake for 2h on purpose but slept in cold at the end. the day after we complained and that was fixed promptly , but still not acceptable

Centrally located and clean facilities. The staff was helpful.

The facilities needs an upgrade, windows are old and the noise from the streets slips all the way in to the rooms.

We arrived late at night to do the check-in. The person at the reception was so rude! I cannot believe the hotel can give such a treatment to a customer. There were no blankets, and when I went to the reception to ask for them, he asked me to wait and give me the blankets so I could take them up!

Hotel is pretty well located, there are some good restaurants in the nearby, also a big supermarket and the entire surrounding area is safe and nice. Hotel staff was very friendly and diligent.

Arriving late (say after midnight) could be not very pleasant as the person in charge is not normally on his/her place and it takes some time to get the access to the hotel.

The guy at the reception is very friendly and professional, Breakfast is not included, but for a reasonable price you get a good portion of food, The hotel is located in a good area, close to supermarkets, restaurants and the Unicentro mall 10 minutes away walking….

Although the hotel staff is very friendly, the rooms are neglected and in poor condition, and the cleanliness is not the best, the old carpets and the sheets were weathered... many things to improve!

The room was beautiful but at first they wanted to place me in a totally different room. I had to argue that the pictures on the site vs what they were showing me was different. They then agreed to change me to the right room.

The water pressure was not good for the type of shower we had.
