Nice ,bright , spacious apartment. Close to the sea front .about 20 min walk to the old town .. The owner was brilliant, couldn't do enough for us , he even fetched two new heaters because it might get cold at night , although we didn't have to use them . Nice bar just across the road,eatzy, reasonably priced and decent food

The cupboards in the kitchen were Very awkward to get into . Some instructions to work the oven would have been nice, but we worked it out eventually.

We like apartment, modernly equipped with beautiful wide terrace. Nice view on the city, south side of the building. Parking place for the car in subterranean garage, easy approach with elevator. Everything was handy and close to the building: Grocery store, Pharmacy, restaurant, beach and City centre between 1-5 minutes by walk. Owner was very friendly and helpful. For every recommendation!

Here you get everything that you need for the long term: kitchen with all needed staff, good shower, clean and big rooms, and you definitely fall in love with the terrace. The host is a kind and caring man, he always answers immediately on all questions. the main things for us at this apartment are: - Sunnyside - underground parking - cool internet - 5 mins to the sea

The pictures is what you get and that is a good thing! A designated parking spot inside the building is a true necessity in centre Budva. That is a big plus. Modern spacious holiday flat with terrace and sea view. All amenities are there for a functional holidays apartment. Perfect for 4 persons with 1 double bed and 2 single beds. Airco in living room which is working well. The owner is professional and kind. Easy to communicate with.

The area of the apartment is in centre budva so cars are parked randomly which means that sometimes you need to find your way through.
