Dawn was very helpful before arriving and was efficient in communication. She is very welcoming and friendly. The photos do not do justice to how nice the room is. Lovely to have breakfast in our room.
It is quite light in the room at night - black out curtains would help.

Great location. Host was lovely and informative about local sightseeing. Breakfast was superb!

Beautifully presented room and very comfortable bed. The nook by the windows to eat breakfast every morning was really sweet and a nice start to the day. Breakfast was really well presented and had what you would want from a continental.
The toilet seat seemed to be broken and was missing a part so would slide which was a bit of an issue especially when you look at the price tag for the stay.

We could leave our suitecases at the house before the check-in time. The host was very lovely and accommodating regarding breakfast, asking what we would like.
The check-in time around 4pm BST seems to be rather strict and we may have just gotten lucky to catch the hosts before 4pm BST.

Lovely accommodation with parking. Host was very welcoming. The breakfast was great and beautifully presented.
The bed was very comfortable. We had a lovely stay here.

Perfect B&B. Breakfast was delicious and ample. Room was beautiful, the bed comfy and shower excellent. We received a warm welcome and Dawn catered for our every needs. Own Entrance which was a bonus.

Excellent continental breakfast in our room.
Location was excellent for access to Eden project and several gardens we visited plus Charlestown and local beaches.Mevagissey a beautiful quaint fishing harbour nearby also. Our host was friendly and welcoming.

Lovely people, lovely place, well looked after no problem with anything, and the breakfast was really great. And the bed was comfy.

Exceptionally clean. Very warm welcome. Nice touch that breakfast is wheeled on a trolley outside the door and you can eat in the bay window. Very relaxed and also little contact with host, good with the worries of coronavirus.
Recommend reversing onto the forecourt as reversing on the main road not good. Busy road which cars speed along.

We had the most wonderful 12 days. Dawn and Terry were just a wonderful couple. We particularly liked the breakfast bought to us in a trolley for us to have in our room no rush to get dressed. Dawn went out of her way to help us with extra things as we were seeing my husbands sick cousin. Will stay there again very central to everything.
No complaints could not find one fault .
