Excellent location, clean and good facilities.

Air con could be more powerful but was good enough to keep the room comfortable (and it was 40 degrees outside!)

Nothing I did not like

the staff were excellent- food was a good choice sometimes a little cold- rooms were very clean and the pool areas were cleaned to a high standard very well organised restaurant considering the number of people using it

I had paid for a suite which is attached to the hotel- in front of the suites are two bars -on my first night, they did not close till 4.30 am and the foul language was something else - on Sunday I thought I would have an afternoon nap but the football bar opposite was again so loud and never finished till 1.00 am in the morning it was so noisy that I requested to be downgraded but the hotel was full. I then got awoken in the morning by the recycling of glass bottles at 4.30 am and then the road sweeper. Also, the satellite on the T.V. kept losing its signal. Considering I paid a premium for a suite I will not be returning to this hotel. - I will instead stay at the Santos where I stayed last year.

The hotel was spotless, staff friendly and a great choice for breakfast. The room was spacious and comfortable. Fantastic hotel.

There was nothing not to like about Los Alamos.
