Hat seinen Zweck erfüllt. Wir wurden schon bei Ankunft gefragt ob wir nicht in eines der teureren Zimmer möchten. Unser Zimmer war im 3. Stock der schon auf der Etage deutlich wärmer war als Stockwerk 1 und 2. dementsprechend war das Zimmer immer sehr aufgeheizt und auch der Ventilator brachte nicht viel.

Die Badezimmertür war defekt und ausgehangen.

The property was clean and the room was spacious. The staff were super friendly and helpful.

The property was fine but the roads in Battambang were all dug up the whole town which made the property dusty and noisy.

No lift with a room on the top floor. Wi-Fi was awful. It was fine for one night but would not recommend.

Clean sheets

They advertise with a rooftop terrace/ restaurant and a hottub, but both are closed since covid. You should not advertise with this if its 2 year not availble. Rooms where not clean. Out dated. Maybe thats why the privé was cheap

The hotel is located in the city center. Although it seems to be an object whose "best years are behind", you can feel its interesting spirit.

A funny but also unusual solution is to install two separate showers - one for cold, the other for hot water (Considering the local temperatures for most of the year, access to cold water is probably enough, which on hot days is not cold at all).

Staff was so helpful and lovely! It's a cozy little hotel near the river. Wifi was good too.

It is obviously an old hotel and it's not as modern as one would like. The bidet was leaking a bit but wasn't a big issue.

The coziest owners we've ever met! Always smiling, always ready to help. Were very eager to make us feel at home. They helped us book our bus tickets to Bangkok, and somehow managed to do it cheaper than any of the travel agencies we talked to on our own. it is local style, washroom, no “paper” so if that bothers you you should bring your own, seal in ziplock and throw in trash.

Owner could not find my reservation. Room is old, there was even not a blanket, which I had everywhere in Cambodia.

The staff was really helpful. They helped me out with my boat trip in the morning and they called the company for me to check out if they would pick me up. They also asked me if I needed a tuk tuk driver who speaks English. The room itself was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend if you find yourself in Battambang

A family hotel, in which everyone speaks English and try to make your stay lovely. We stayed just for one night, our room was big and very economic. The location is very good, right next to a big market and several restaurants and cafes. They helped us find our way round and made all the communications to go to Bangkok. The manager even came to the bus station to make sure everything was going smoothly. The 2 years closure during COVID felt that was hard but it seems that they recover fastly.

There was a descent layer of dust literally everywhere in the room and a musty smell causing a big discomfort. There was no hot water in the bathroom. We were perfidiously scammed while booking a taxi - it was meant to be 30$ according to a leaflet in the room. When i tried to book it, the receptionists started talking khmer to each other and demanded 60$ instead. After a negotiation the price went down to 45$ (we felt ripped off). When we arrived, we were greeted by an annoying tuktuk driver insisting us to book a trip with him instead of letting us get our room keys. Also the receptionists were begging us to upgrade our room with an AC even though we have chosen a different one on booking

Location near the market, local shops, even a KFC, Starbucks and a CP fresh supermarket, and not far from the river. The owners spoke good English. Staff were flexible and went out of their way to be helpful and guide us as needed. Good view and breeze from the roof floor (restaurant not opened yet) [Hotel has been closed for 2 years due to pandemic]. There is a good massage shop next door with blind massage therapists. English-speaking TukTuk drivers were around to help us get here and there. We also used the PassApp for booking TukTuks.

The hotel is recovering from the pandemic and seems to be be getting back into action, and they are slowly opening more rooms. There seemed to be a shortage of staff. I found dust under the beds, on top of the wardrobe and in some of the drawers. It was not obvious, it was out of sight, and I didn't notice it for a couple of days. I informed the management and they were sincerely apologetic and will definitely attend to it. It seemed to be a problem with the untrained, new, or lack of cleaning staff. I'm sure it is OK now... This would not stop me from staying there in the future.
