Everything from the location of the house on the lake to the house and property itself… it was absolutely perfect!

A group of us stayed here to snowmobile during the week, we've done this for many years and have stayed a lot of places. This is probably the best place we've ever stayed both from the property standpoint and location. It's a great centralized location for the trails in the area, the trail goes right by the cabin and the lake makes it so you can't get anywhere you want. Everything from the beautiful spacious house to the garage with snowmobile mats was spot on, look forward to doing it again. Thank you!

We enjoyed the home,, it’s lg front yard and dock, did some fishing with are boat and a rental pontoon from Bears nine pine resort so elderly in-laws could get on the lake also. The lake is very nice, the view is wonderful from home. Played pool, cards in lower level, Some of us went to porcupine state park for some hiking the lake in the clouds, is worth the short drive to see, as well as the waterfalls, and shore of big lake. We’ll be back. Thanks!!

Our family of nine had a wonderful time! Renting this home was easy and very accommodating. Has fire pit and firewood and camp chairs and most everything else you’d need for a good time. Note to owner: Add to list of amenities included: crock pot, electric griddle, firewood, fire pit.

This property is wonderful! Everything you need to have a great getaway. We stayed for one week as an extended family-7 adults and 6 kids, age 1 year to 17. Doug is very timely with all communication and answered all questions. The house is comfortable for sleeping, plenty of beds that are cozy and wonderful for a great night of rest. Plenty of linens provided as well. Games provided for indoor and outside. Baby gate on the stairs, high chair and crib all very handy! Great location for daytrips- recommend Bonanza Falls, Lake Superior beach at State Park outside Silver City and the Porcupine Mountain area. The lake also has great access and plenty of rentals in the area, we enjoyed kayaks, fishing and a day with a pontoon. There is local State Park with small beach and a county park all very close. We even got to see nature-bald eagles, deer and elk. The yard was wonderful for games and space for kids to play and adults to relax. We loved staying here!

This house is perfectly set up for large family fun. From the lake, to the kitchen, the game room and the fire pit. Owners were super awesome as well!

The host was very nice and quickly responsive. The cabin was the best place I’ve stayed at. It had every amenity you would need. Had a nice kitchen to cook if you didn’t want to go out to eat. We played a lot of pool, games since it was still cold out. This place is great for a family/friends meetup.

Fortunately we figured out that the back door was not locked and were able to get into the house right away. The house is gorgeous, and the cleaning lady was very generous to leave the fireplace on, so we could arrive to a very warm house ia cold raining night.

Our group of 13 fit very comfortably in this home with room to spare! The setting and home are beautiful! Our only problem was one of nature-bugs. We took time to visit many waterfalls in the area and enjoyed swimming in Lake Superior. Some of the family rode their ATVs on the many trails available. Loved this family vacation!

The owners have it all covered! It truly was almost like a hotel-had everything but their own branded little soaps! Beautiful property and a fantastic view! Everywhere we stopped the locals were so hospitable. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend a week with me family (Finally!) Thank you so much! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Fishing was tough! We caught just enough for one fish fry. House was spacious enough for 8 adults and a baby. Flys were bad inside the house when we arrived but much better by the time we left. Sheets were not great so bring your own if you like smooth sheets. Beds were very comfortable! Windows were very dirty but views were awesome! I have never seen so many stars while we sat around the campfire. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We rented a pontoon and fishing boats from Bear Nine Pine resort so used the lake a lot! Watch for the high winds because whitecaps can form. Beautiful country!!!!
