Breakfast was very good. The only good thing about this hotel.

My room was near wedding party I mean really directly near it so I was not able to sleep. "Luckily" after 3.00 they reduced the sound. I didn't get any warning from hotel staff I'd rather choose another hotel if I knew. On next day I had to drive 12 hours so sleepless night was potentially dangerous. I have no issue if hotels are providing rooms for guests during events providing they put guests in other part of hotel where not disturbed by event. I had such situation and they all were fine. I won't even mention other things, some renovation is already needed especially in bathroom. So I personally won't ever come to this hotel and I really can't suggest it for other people either.

After arrival front desk staff said that he can’t see any reservation by my name even after I showed him my booking confirmation. Booking.com customer support didn’t solved problem, just tried to call to the hotel few times, but staff kept hanging up every time, so we were left to sleep in car.

The breakfast was no so great. Some of the stuff seemed overcooked, or old.

Interesting place with lots of extras around the hotel. Should be a nice place to hang out in Summer.

Why have you got this terrible hotel in your offer ?? 1. They say they have air conditioner, they simply don’t 2. All rooms are ground floor so as a woman traveling alone, I felt unsafe, and I was also smelly 3. The internet is so slow I cannot even make a Booking on your site for the next day elsewhere 4. They cannot provide an invoice. I had to pay for the room, before I even entered it and if I have dinner I have to pay that separately 5. I told the reception, that since I chose this hotel for the aircon and they simply do not have it, they should do something on the price, as the room is expensive for here in Poland, were this week I already had 3 hotels, far better and far less expensive 6. They said they could include breakfast ?? BUT : I had breakfast included already in the price???? I told them to include dinner, they refuse…. 7. They state to have satellite, but all satellite channels indicate they are not operating, there is ONLY polish spoken TV no BBC, France info 24, nor CNN, no NewsChannel in German, French or English ??Only Polish 8. They hole hotel is lapidated and had been, the restaurant has a corner with light and 6 tables the rest of the restaurant is dark with tables mounted ontop of each other 9. This is really not at all a hotel that should be recommended or taken up in the Booking dot com, and Genuis on Top ??? 10. I think I will have to go back to Expedia.

EVERYTHING : ONLY Polish TV and no satellite or cable tv, no international channels NO air conditioning, though it is marked in the BOOKING.com description It is on a lake and infested with mosquito’s even in the rooms, they also say to provide mosquito nets, in the description, but THEY DON'T they seemed to be in total renovation (ABSOLUTELY NEEDED) see pics : ladders everywhere, and in the restaurant it looked like a furniture warehouse see pics reception was manned by a schoolgirl; The girlfriend of the boos ( so she said). The boos only refused everything she asked him on the phone, as he was somewhere outside and refused tio see me. She also could not give me an invoice for my payment and said my credit card did not work, so I gave a second card , to find out 2 weeks later that they had taken the room charge off , off bb oth cards, so twice. No at e-mails and telephone no solution ! so they took 2 x the whole invoice off, rate off my credit card and when you call them they suddenly DO NOT SPEAK ANY ENGLISH!!! very convenient. I am since 3 months trying to get the double taken off payment out, without any success and Booking.com does not help at all, they just say I should see with the hotel and when I provide then proof : The hotel took once the amount in Polish Zlotty off my account and once in Euro, Booking.com says that since I can not PROOF ???????? the second payment ( clearly marked taken off by the hotel the same night, but in Euro) is not in Zlotty they can not do anything ????? So remember when you have a problem, at a Booking.com hotel : They are not there for service or solutions !

It was quiet warm inside. Hot water available after 20 min when you open tap. Parking was good. Breakfast was eatable, vegetables and fruits not fresh but tea and bread ok. Good that there is possibility to enter 24h.

Room extremely small, very very used, basically no walls, as you hear every breath from the neighbour rooms, condition of the bathroom is very poor, even was afraid to touch anything.
