Position and well maintained gardens.

Overpriced for a very tired looking resort style building. Single ply toilet paper, a toilet seat that had to be held up, a very well worn kitchen & bathroom, blistering & peeling paint, a pool in urgent need of renovation and generally tired and/or non functioning facilities did not match the $300+/night tariff for a 2 bedroom apartment.

The parking….if you book a motel suite you are NOT allocated a parking spot so you have to jostle for the limited parking bays at the front of the property. It’s really just not good enough.

Pools were great. Position was great. Parking easy. Great Location. Easy access.

Very quickly onto you if you were a little late in checking out most places give you at least 10 mins over.

So close to eating and shopping facilities, and walkways. The relaxing views over the garden plants, swimming pools and Pumicestone Passage. Our private patio. The private waterfront area for fishing.

Excellent staff reception as we arrived early. We booked a motel room which was adequate for overnight, spotlessly clean, good view and comfy bed. Car space allocated also Plenty of eateries nearby

Older style hotel. Could do with a revamp. The lift was scary😬 it jiggled while using.

There was an unfortunate mix up with the payments, we paid prior to the visit on bookings.com. Then the same amount was deducted a second time. We rang and the money was reimbursed to us in 2-3 days. All fine, but....... we picked up the error, but although courteous, at no point did anyone from the accommodation apologize!! I find it amazing that no-one was able to say "sorry". Shame really, as this left a bad taste with us, like we now always need to check up that we dont get charged twice!!

beautiful location, spacious apartments, clean, close to shops.

unfortunately the in room spa & outdoor spa were not working whilst there.

The apartment was really comfortable, especially the lounge room and nice view to water. The car park and lifts were really convenient We had a young baby with us and the apartment was perfect with him. Very comfortable for us as we were in every night! We honestly really liked our stay here. Very clean too!

The only reason I marked down on comfort was the beds and pillows weren't great. We do like quite soft and they were hard.
