Location was excellent. Across the road from 4 mile beach and within walking distance to shops, cafes and restaurants.
Small pool. Small bathroom. No security screen door on terrace door opening out onto The Esplanade.

A bit run down. Late check in and no toilet paper. Shops all closed. Not a great start

beach, bed, location EXCEPT no warning on the number of steps from car park - I have had an operation and would not have booked this room if I had known. There were no staff to take bags up/down- very inconvenient - should have been warned!!

The location is absolutely second to none opposite the iconic and magnificent four mile beach
Sadly a complete lack of empathy or flexibility for assisting with flexibility of amending the booking to another date due to a family member being taken ill. Extremely disappointing after so many stays at this property over the years.
Poor security (ie locks) on the doors and windows of Beachfront Terrace apartments needs attention in this day and age - the current “snib” models don’t exactly shout confidence or safety.

the location is second to none, n across the road from the beautiful 4 mile beac and easy walking to Macrossan Street.
The apartment is clean but very much in need of renovation. in the kitchen and bathroom. however the price reflected this.

noise of construction and domestic dispute at 1.30 am. fridge not working toilet button broken and very over priced for tired Property and construction through out our stay.

Barbora at reception was absolutely fantastic and extremely helpful with booking tours, transport and recommendations etc. The location is perfect literally overlooking four mile beach. The rooms are very well maintained, spacious and clean.
Unfortunately it wasn’t quite as peaceful as previously due to works being carried out on one of the apartments a few metres away which started very early and were quite noisy, especially when trying to relax around the pool. It would have been nice to know this in advance if it was going to be the case. The venue next door also had a very loud party on one night as well so whilst not the accommodation’s fault, the combination of the two didn’t make it as peaceful a stay as previous times.

Brilliant location, right opposite the beach. We stayed in a ground floor apartment for three weeks at BeachfrontTerraces, which are older apartments. The pool was large and very clean. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Communication was excellent
The room was a little 'tired' and the bathroom very narrow. Cobwebs on the bedroom window ledge. The lounge area window shutters had to be repaired by maintenance, as they fell off the track after being opened. No air-con in lounge area, only fans. The oven and cook-top had unreadable dials. Only one couch, no arm-chair.

Great location, next to Four Mile Beach and very close to town. Very clean rooms and facilities well maintained. Staff helpful and approachable.

Very little to comment on considering the age of buildings. BBQ area could have better lit at night.

location close to beach , main eateries , shops etc was reason we chose and liked everything in walking distance.
Ice cream shop had best flavours and taste visited on our way back from dinner most nights.
Place is a little old , we could hear people above us . water leak either from under washing machine , but think it was from the shower and coming out from under the washing machine as did niot use the machine daily . noticed towards end of our stay and mopped it up initially but then appeared again next day .
TV reception was playing up no channnels first night , spoke to reception next morning and someone fixed problem that day.

Perfect location, spacious, cool, clean and airy apartment, everything we could possibly need was provided, fabulous pool.
Tired bathroom and kitchen.

The upgrades are great but the individually owned apartments should all have comfortable furniture.
This is a favourite of ours but the furnishings in our apartment could be more comfortable. Sitting on a cane lounge is not nice when it’s raining for days.

The pool
We just wanted a beach front location close to restaurants and shopping.
The room however was less than we were expecting. It is really tired and uncomfortable.
We would have happily booked one of the many other accommodation on the Esplanade, but these weren't available through this booking platform

The location was excellent, 2 min to the beach. A washing machine with dryer was a bonus. A swimming Pool was just downstairs.
A fan in bathroom would be nice. Kitchen stove needs an upgrade.
