The staff were so friendly and helpful. The app was also amazing and made requesting things like adapters etc much more easy. The restaurant, and the private pool were the main perks for us. And the room was absolutely stunning.

The location in a small bit out but if you rent a bike or get taxis then it’s absolutely fine!

huntsman spiders found in my villa every day, rooms need to be more sealed, many gaps letting insects inside. food in the hotel was overpriced

We loved the bed, the shower. The room in general. The small private pool .

The beach was too rocky to be enjoyed properly. But still amazingly beautiful.

We liked calm location, beachfront, responsivnes of personel, breakfast, lot of greenery.

Hotel might had a great history but now a little worn. Each house has his infrastructure (water boilers, pool systems, conditioning systems). In our first house water boiler system located near our bed (outside the house wall) worked so loud that it was impssible to sleep. We asked to change the the house and it was done very quick. In new house pool systems worked loud but it was possible to live with it. All the living houses area full of working infrastructure noises. The employees especially in restaurants - as we noticed they work long hours and look really tired by the end of the day. Massage very average - price twice bigger compared to the same I get on the street.

The layout was outstanding. So picturesque and serene. our apartment was closest to the facilities so we could hear the ocean from our balcony. the staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. I am currently 6 months pregnant so the staff did everything in their power to make things as comfortable as possible. There is a 7/11 just a short walk away to stock the fridge with snacks and drinks if needed and the centre is just a short drive away too. I can’t wait to come back in the future.
