spacious clean room. Good to have kitchen facilities, though no cook top, but that was not problem. Two bathrooms were a real bonus, though the disabled bathroom was not required and in fact made the room super wet with no shower curtain. But am sure a person requiring such facilities would find it works well and the bathroom was very spacious. Staff helpful and friendly. We had room service dinner which was quite nice. A real bonus was being able to access the Towradgi Hotel through the back gate, so we didn't have to take the car!

The apartment was spacious and clean. The reception and housekeeping staff were excellent.

The bed was comfortable

The pillows were way too high and too hard, like speed bumps on the road. I couldn't shower because the water was cold both mornings. I let the water run for a while but they said I had to let the water run for a few minutes, I say nonsense I did that. I stayed there for a family celebration and I went to my brother's house to shower. I paid $734.05 for two nights accommodation and I asked for a reimbursement of $100 for each time I couldn't have a shower - they said they couldn't do that, but they would have to talk to someone. Don't ever stay there it was awful.

Three guys checked in for work on the first night we were given a single bed and told the couches would accommodate the other two. Very disappointed guys were not well rested for busy weekend of work one slept in the sleeper cab of the truck. Staff tried to say the room was suitable for three adults, but it defiantly wasn't. Room was changed for the remainder of stay. No Wi-Fi in building/ signal was terrible. Good if you're looking to relax not ideal if it a work stay.

The surrouding environment is quiet and the check in experience is smooth.

The buffet breakfast was disappointing as I paid $28 to basically only have cereal and toast cause they ran out of hot food. Greeted well by most staff while one or two seemed over there job
