We had a wonderful visit to OBX and enjoyed out stay at this VRBO. The view was outstanding! Thank you, Shana, for all your help.

Overall this was an adequate place to stay. The location was prime and our kids loved the pool. It’s a small complex and there’s plenty of parking. I think what would have made it better was the overall upkeep. Both bathrooms have a moldy/damp smell and there seems to be a moisture issue. The main bath was moldy and the toilet paper and towel hook were falling off the wall. Contrary to the posting we were not left toilet paper or a roll of paper towels. No big deal, but don’t put it in the description if you’re not gonna do it. Both bathroom outlets also didn’t work. None of this was the end of the world but I would have rated higher had we not run into those issues.

We arrived at 6pm is ….Upon arrival the front door screen was full of bugs, not a welcoming sight. Unit was not clean….floors needed a vacuum and tiny m&m’s were all over bathroom floor. We were supplied 1 towel per adult for the week, far too few….we were also only given 3 pillowcases and 4 pillows for queen room Food left in fridge so we left it in fridge when we left The screen door off master bedroom was off rails and leaning on glass, we did put this back Bedroom doors did not close completely and when closed as much as you could stuck and were difficult to open Metal strip on stairs up to apt was not nailed down and several nails on the decks to

This place is really amazing we came for a much needed relaxing vacation and we got just that. You can open the doors and listen to the waves crashing! I would 100% stay here again!

We enjoyed our first visit to the OBX. The condo was clean, spacious and in a great location.

Loved the views! Everything you want to do is nearby. Beach access was fantastic. Perfect size for our family. Others complained about master shower. I am 6'2" tall, and I used it just fine. I would stay again.

My husband, 13 year old and I went for spring break. It wasn't very warm but the place is right on the beach and very centrally located. You are not front facing ocean but you have a great view from the side. The place was clean and the master bed was very comfortable. The only thing I would have wished for was more towels as we flew in from out of state. There were only 5 towels for all 3 of us for a week. If you are driving bring extra towels and beach towels. It was too cold for us to go in the water but we would have had to go buy beach towels if we did. It didn't stop us from sitting on the beach all bundled up. The beach here is very clean and just beautiful. We saw dolphins a few of the days we were here. The summer would be wonderful here. Since the weather wasn't the warmest, we really explored Outer Banks and you can't beat this location.

The views of the ocean were great and the condo was very clean and had everything we needed.

Very easy good host they were there with any needs or questions we had enjoy our stay had all needed kitchen items to cook some wonderful meals we had together and beautiful memories made

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. It is in the midst of all the great activities and restaurants in Kill Devil Hills. We had my husband, myself and our two small children. It was perfect for our family. I thought we were directly ocean/pool facing from the pictures, but you're actually a bit catty-cornered. I think this is actually to your advantage for privacy, noise and you still get the ocean view. There are a lot of stairs, but I believe that would be similar to other condos due to the highrise of the building and dunes. I loved the ample parking, first floor beach storage and having the pool. Another thing to consider, very rarely you get linens included in OBX, so this was wonderful to have included in our stay. We did use the community laundry facility once during our visit and it was a nice to have. This will definitely be on our list to visit again!

Overall nice place on the beach and close to other attractions and stores, shops and restaurants!!

We really enjoyed this location. Corner patio with a great cross breeze when you open the main door. Kitchen stocked well with everything we needed. The condo is clean, comfy and feels like home away from home.

Great property and amenities, kitchen could use a few more frying pans and dishes if family was staying there. Super comfy and cozy.

Ocean view fantastic!! Deck space much larger than VRBO pic indicates. All furniture comfortable. Bring extra bed blankets if you like to sleep in cool room. Great condo. Will stay again.

We have stayed in a unit that was identical to this one and payed less per night and were very pleased with it. This unit stated that beds would be made and ready. They were not. I cleaned the bathtub myself so I could use it also. We will not rent this unit again.

Great little condo on the beach close to everything! Very reasonably priced too!

The owners have been steadily renovation this delightful condo. It is very pretty, exceptionally clean and has a very nice kitchen. Beds slept amazingly well. Close to the beach. No laundry facility in the condo but on bottom floor. Also, no elevator, so make sure you can carry luggage up stairs. I understand a luggage lift will be installed in the next year. Shana was very helpful and answered all my questions promptly.

Great condo, just what we were looking for. The location was ideal, the condo was clean and updated and quiet.

The condo was clean, quiet, and in a great location right on the beach. We loved the constant breeze and crash of waves. It had a beautiful view of the ocean and private access to the beach just beyond the pool. We could just come and go (to the beach) as we pleased without dragging a bunch of gear around. The whole family had a great time staying there.

Great visit. Condo was perfect for our family. Kids had their own space separate from the Master. Kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed for the week. Deck had an amazing view. Easy access to the pool and beach with a lifeguard stand right in front of the property. Owner was easy to work with and responded to any questions quickly. Would definitely book again.

This was a trip intended to help mostly one of us to heal and reflect on some of life’s hardships. But ended up helping the 3 of us who went. The place was quite and on the ocean with a beautiful view. With the sound of the ocean just outside and the smell of salt in the air. We felt refreshed and renewed! Loved this condo. Super cute and clean. Close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. We had a great weekend here!!

Owner was very helpful and quick to respond. Clean. Was pleasantly suprised to see there was a pack n play and portable high chair there. Worked great for 4 adults and 2 toddlers.

We thoroughly enjoyed our first visit to OBX, and the condo worked out pretty well for us. Although in what appears to be one of the older buildings on the beach, the condo itself has been recently updated and tastefully decorated. It was clean and the full size kitchen was nice, but I would not say this condo is suitable for 6 people (or at least not more than 2 adults) as stated. The sofa bed, which is intended to sleep 2 of the 6 visitors, was broken and collapsed in the middle...we made do but it was not a comfortable sleep for 4 adults. Also, when we arrived, there were only 4 towels and washcloths set out. We eventually found 2 more towels in the top of the linen closet, but only 4 washcloths for 6 people for a week meant we had to do laundry a few times...not ideal. Also, there was no cover on the ironing board which made things more difficult as most of us lived out of our suitcases for the week. The shower in the master bedroom is small as stated in other reviews, but it got the job done for my husband and I (5’11” and 5’4”). Although not a luxury stay, it is a very affordable condo, and we would consider staying again!

Very clean and tidy! Great oceanfront property and the pool was great for the kids.
