l'hôtel est magnifique ,le patron est très gentil et nous avons eu un très bon accueil, très belle chambre, spacieuse, très bonne literie et très propre

- photos correspondent en partie au descriptif
- restaurant la villa murcilla bien au niveau cadre et nourriture mais le bémol est qu'il n'est ouvert que le midi.....

-petit déjeuner de 7 h à 9 H 30 ( petit déjeuner constitué par un toast grillé, un petit carré de beurre, une portion de -confiture, un jus de fruit en bouteille avec conservateur, café très fort et amer. Donc pas terrible
- possibilité de restauration à l'hôtel le soir mais tarifs prohibitifs ( exemple j'ai pris une omelette au jambon avec un whisky balantines avec eau gazeuse pour 15 euros pas d'autres restaurant dans un rayon de 20 kilomètres.
- l'hôtel est à deux kilomètres du village
- pas de réception physique vous parlez dans un hygiaphone et on vous remet la clef numérique.

Que cuando entramos en la habitación por primera vez el WC había sido utilizado y no se había tirado de la cadena. Nos pareció un tanto extraño...

El hotel es muy bonito y las instalaciones cómodas. El checkin es muy fácil con la máquina. El desayuno está muy bien y el personal es muy agradable y entregado.
La habitación que nos tocó era muy fría pero nos dieron una solución rápida.
La limpieza de la habitación (suelo muy sucio, papelera llena recién hecho el checkin…)

Cheap and cheerful, spacious room, lovely staff, very dog friendly, generous breakfast. It's a good base for exploring Navarra if travelling by car.
There was a smell of mildew in the bathroom. While the hotel is a 20 minute walk from the centre of Marcilla, it is not really possible to walk to the town so you do need to drive anywhere you want to go.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were lovely
Restaurant was closed, we were only advised of this on day of arrival. There was no reception desk and no bar facilities

The walls of the rooms full of scratches, mark of shoes soles in the ceiling. And not very clean. Have a machine to do self check in and great you.

We have stayed here on previous occasions and were impressed previously, hence the rebooking again.
As previously, tea / coffee making facilities in the room would be a welcome addition.

Brilliant customer service, easy check in and a comfy bed! Plenty of parking space and easy to find, has its own exit off the roundabout.

Very clean and tidy. The evening meal was good value. Great location by the motorway. Rooms were very quiet, excellent double glazing! Great value for an overnight stop en route to Santander Ferry Port.

The food, the evening meal was cold. Breakfast was an unselected plate of toast. No sugar free options (jam), the yogurt was warm, the butter was insufficient and melted.

very spacious, convenient location for exploring Bardenas Reales. Absolutely lovely owner (?) who was very accommodating for us and our dog. Good dinner for a good price and a good included breakfast. Definitely recommend to explore the desert/as a stop over.

Restaurant food was good, limited choice but fine for us.
Manager was exceptional in helping us.
No refreshments available (other than water) either in the room or bar etc until restaurant opened at 8pm. Otherwise this hotel would have got full marks.

It's an interesting place, in a fairly remote place and Marcilla town is fair distance away. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, and as we were on the ground floor there was the opportunity to sit outside in the sunshine.
The restaurant menu is OK though the translation to English was somewhat lacking in clarity, but the prices are good and there was a bottle of wine thrown in for the cost of the meal.
Breakfast was OK though I wouldn't say the best. All we wanted.
Lots of parking available and a quiet area so we felt it was probably secure.
We quite liked it, and for an overnight stay it was fine.
For the price it was fine. Nothing much against except the size of the bar of soap provided in the bathroom.

We did use this hotel having visited the excellent town of Olite.
Dog facility was excellent.
Bed not comfortable and a second pillow per person would make TV viewing more of a pleasurable experience.

We enjoyed the hotel so much on our journey to Southern Spain that we changed our travel date so that we could stay there on the return journey. The welcome we received from the owner was exceptional as we were the only guests and although the restaurant was closed that evening, he made us coffee and made us feel like old friends. It is a lovely building with large rooms and a huge bed. The area around is excellent for walking our 4 dogs and the breakfast was great. We will always stay at Villa Marcilla when travelling to Spain.
