I've never been at the hotel the valutation is for the refund policy. I cancelled my 3 night of stay and there's no refund

Since it's a hotel, it is expected to include free breakfast meal.

For what we did, it was the perfect location

No hair dryer in the bathroom. No machine for drinks or snacks. Taps are very old and unuseful.

Warm, cozy, cheap.

Walls are quite thin: you hear if your neighbor speaks the phone.

Fast checking. Quiet place yet near a big city and commodity. The room we had was elevated, therefore we were able to sleep with an open window.

The beds were clean. The location of the hotel is great, very central. The price is also hard to beat, especially considering the location of the place. It is right next to a small shopping center, with a cafe and a couple of places for food around.

Once we arrived at the hotel for check in at the time listed on my booking.com reservation we realized the entrance is locked. We called the number listed and we were told that due to Corona restrictions they will allow check-in an hour later due to limited staff. When we returned 2 hours later, there was again no staff available, so we had to call them again and wait for another 30 mins. Nobody checked our IDs at check in. Lastly, and perhaps most importantly, there was no hot water in the hotel, at least not during the night we spent there.

The property is in an ideal position for business travelers and has a number of different options offered by public services. For visitors which do not have high expectations it's an ideal solution with a great quality & price combination.

The quality of some areas of the infrastructure need some maintenance (bathrooms, curtains, carpets) to get a higher result in the judgement. A limited investment should be considered for the scope to achieve a better result.
