What a lovely hotel right opposite the beach you can walk for miles along the promenade - staff were just fantastic - helpful and friendly - private parking was huge at the side of hotel

We arrived after a difficult drive, the location was right on the main road with the railway line adjacent. The room we were offered was appalling. We decided that we could not stay there, spoke to the owners and they agreed not to make a charge.

fantastic location opposite the Adriatic and only a road and rail line between the hotel and the beach. clean and more than adequate for the price. good breakfast and the staff are really good

The room was very clean with a nice view of the sea.The staff was really warm and helpful.
We also enjoyed dinner and the breakfast buffet was big with a lot of variety.
We liked everything !
The only issue is that there is a train line right in front of the hotel and sometimes the noise of the passing trains is a bit disturbing especially if the window is open

I chosed this hotel for the immediate proximity to the sea! the beach of the Adriatic Sea! (I am French...)
With my daughter, we stayed there 1 night.
The hotel is just between Pesaro and Fano.
Monsieur and Madame are very nice.
Monsieur speaks better French, than I speak English!
He gave me some advice, places to visit.
He cooks great little pastries for breakfast.
The parking is huge!
Don't be shocked to read this: You have to be extra careful, when you leave the parking,
to "hit the road"... because the cars'drivers really drive too fast here.

Friendly staff and easy parking.
Very close to train track so lots of noise and also it was on a fairly big road. Had to cross road and tracks to get to the beach.

The owner was amazing, he looked after us very well. He was always available even after we did the check out, he was so kind to keep our luggage and let us enjoy the day providing us some bicycles to reach town.
The food was really fresh and nice, big portions!
The view was lovely and the beach just across the road.

but you have aircon in the room and, once the windows are closed, it becomes fairly silent.

The hotel is small but very cozy and direct by the beach, located a little bit outside of the city (but that's why also quiet). I came from the railway station in Pesaro with the city bus, which stops in front of the hotel.
The personnel is very friendly, helpful to answer all questions. The hotel offers lunch and dinners. The food was really tasty and authentic.

I liked the master of this hotel, because he is very hospitable,kind and polite. Also rooms are cleaned every day. Breakfast was included.The hotel is situated on the fisrt line,but so far from the railway station.Everyone can borrow bicycles in the hotel.
It takes 15 minutes to get from the railway station Peraso to the hotel by bus and about 1 hour on foot.Unfortanatelly, the bus doesnt go on Sundays.There are not enough restaurants and caffees around the hotel

Above my expectations for a 2-star hotel. Cosy family atmosphere. Very nice sea-view from my balcony. Large choice and very good quality at breakfast.
