beautiful Balinese furnishings & huuuge layout. Such soft, comfortable beds, had the best sleeps. Great kitchen & comfy bathrooms. Adorable views.

I would have liked an outdoor lounge chair or 2 on the massive deck for private, comfortable lounging/sunbaking/reading. The pool area ones were not too comfy. Only one small couch in the living room. Access to a pair of binoculars would be a cool touch.

While the rooms had fantastic views it was not quite the penthouse experience we were expecting. The bathroom facilities were mediocre. There were no laundry facilities available.

Slightly ecclectic lodge with a mix of styles. It had a great comfy bed and suited a short stay. Loved the location and could glimpse the water. Also an easy walk to the pub for dinner and water.

Very limited kitchenette suitable only for easy prepsrations and no dishwasher.

almost everything. The building was build ads a house in the 80. nothing has been done, maybe painting. this premises should not be rented. do they have a lisenc or insurance. mould in the barroom which is too small mould in the shower the sink is old the toilets you sit with your knees against the shower. the other bedroom you have to clime s steep stair from the kitchen. the only barroom is on the masters room. I can continue on this, a building complex next to it from the same owner. the manager was never seen, etc etc

Weather turned cold, the lounge had no form of heating. Bed was the only place we could get warm. TV in bedroom only works on random channels. Heat pump in bedroom too noisy to have on while sleeping. Too expensive in comparison with the other accommodation we have booked on our trip with Booking.com

the location is terrific. Up on a hill capturing cool sea breezes. just a short walk down to the beach where there's a board walk, BBQ facilities & children play area. the local pub is also close by & serves amazing meals over looking the ocean & is dog friendly. lovely Balinese style with timber furniture

no on-site management. only 2 bath towels provided. No pool towels. I did message the manager Troy who very quickly came & provided extra towels. no laundry. bathroom/bedroom all in one no aircon in lounge area

TV didn’t work, no one to check us in, only a mobile number on the door and we had no reception. We only read the guest book cause the TV didn’t work and it said we had to strip out beds, sweep the floors, leave no mess in the kitchen blah blah. I didn’t think this was a place where we had to do that? Did not expect to have to for almost $350 a night… also the pool lights were so bright and shone in keeping me awake and hammering started early in the morning next door. The photos lead me to believe our room would have a great view. It didn’t.

Perfect location with only a 1 minute walk to dining, and beach activities. I would definitely stay there again.

Staff were uncontactable. Never saw a staff member, rang and left messages and never received reply. Staff promised to assist with transport to and from the airport - never happened. Room was bereft of items such as no dinner plates, had to eat a meal from the cardboard take away container. Cupboard doors did not close little things like that were overlooked in general maintenance. I understand are booking was at the beginning of high season, however the rates were extremely high for the service (nil) and the room. No wonder we appeared to be the only persons staying at the facility when every other accommodation appeared to be full

The location is great

Truly over priced for what is available and definitely not luxury. We were given the down stairs apartment and the views were underwhelming. A wall and TV block any possibility of views and shared balcony areas in the direct sunlight are the only opportunity to enjoy the filtered water views. The aircon is undersized for the apartment and locked on 23 so it difficult to cool down the apartment. The bathroom has only a tiny basin and a mirror off to the side, you have to squeeze in beside the shower to even try to use it. The bedroom is so small it can only fit one bedside table. The worst of this apartment is that you can hear the people from the upstairs apartment that includes elephant sounding footsteps, when they shower and when they pee at 3am.

Everything, it was perfect.

Main bathroom very small, shower screen seems broken and hard to open and close.

Very very basic room. Noise travels horribly from the residence in room beside.
