Gorgeous villa all with private pools. Delicious and varied breakfast, very friendly staff and Sissy was great with recommendations of where to eat locally and trips/boat trips. Great location right on the beach with lots of restaurants nearby.

For the price we did not expect young children to be there. It wasn’t a problem for us but we would have expected it to be child-free.

- The breakfast was absolutely amazing! - The pool was great! - The location was great! - there were a lot of small details and convenience things available (e.g. netflix, coffee machine, free drinks in the fridge etc.) - The bed was comfy - The manager was incredibly attentive and accomodating!

- The rooms didn't feel very isolated meaning you could hear a lot noises from the outside which was a bit inconvenient for sleeping - The shower was very tricky to adjust depending on what kind of temperature you want and would somtimes randomly go cold.

Mixture of comfort, sophistication with a rural setting. Beautiful garden n beach views to the front , with views of the mountains to the rear. Also, to the rear of out room, we could see donkeys, goats and a cat and two kittens playing in the wood pile. One evening we watched as a man tackled up his horse to the plough and proceeded to plough his field....a sight rarely seen now. The tasty breakfast provided on your balcony each morning was really nice. All staff were extremely polite, friendly yet discreet. Sissy was a mine of information and always at hand to assist with any enquiry, providing info and assisting with making reservations; all to make your stay as relaxed and as comfortable as possible. If you are a walker, I suggest you heed her advice. We went up ancient Thera and walked from Fira to Oia. Sissy advised going early.....heed the advice. Great walks/ hikes but it does get very warm....so go early...Sissy organised the boat trip to the volcano etc. It was a real treat also. The mini bar in the room was replenished each day, with free drinks for guests at the pool bar. The beach is about 3 mins walk from your room, with a wooden path direct to private beach beds n cover.... fabulous. We swam every day n relaxed in our private sauna with a beer enjoying the views.

We were here as a special birthday treat and it was just great. Perhaps if it were possible to have the possibility of an early breakfast to facilitate those who wish to head off walking / exploring. But that is a bit pick really

Sissy was amazing and so attentive. She recommended excellent restaurants and made a reservationfor us as well. The breakfast was cooked to order, free water, free drinks from the bar, and a free bottle of wine. Beautiful property and great location.

Not much...I wish there has been tissues in the room.

Thank you, Sissi, for taking care of us during (and even after!) our stay at the Suites! The place is lovely (the breakfast is delicious, the bed is comfortable, and the pool is always inviting!) and we will make sure to be back.

We spent a wonderful time in Black Rose! We had villas number 3 and 4... the best thing is that they are very in a greek style and look as beautiful as in the pictures. Moreover, every villa has a private pool. We had a fantastic breakfast each morning delivered to the suite that we could choose from a menu. The location is just excellent, near beach and restaurants with great food. The staff of Black Rose was always smiley and helpful, especially Sissy- the manager who helped us with everything... from reserving a table in restaurants to organizing an unforgettable cruise (we recommend it to everyone!!!). Hope to be back to Black Rose one day!

We have stayed at hundreds of hotels around the world and this is the first review I have ever written. Black Rose was the most chill hotel experience ever and the team was great. Excellent experience and would absolutely repeat.

Everything was great: the suite was spacious and had a private pool+ there was a shared big pool on the territory, all facilities were in; great breakfast was served on the terrace every morning! Thanks to Sissy and her team for a nice welcoming and great experience in Santorini!

Could not be better! It was just a perfect stay and one of the best vacations ever. Friedly stuff, climatic and very comfy apartment, big, own swimming pool, free minibar. We really liked positive attitude of Sisi :* Breakfast was a big pleasure every morning. Huge common swimmimg pool and a private beach 50m ahead. Easy checkin and checkout. Our family was soooo happy to stay there. If we come to Santorini next time - 100% we go to Black Rose again!!

No TV channels is the only minus. I know its not a place to watch TV. Buy at this real 5 stars standard, this should be an optiion to watch CNN etc.

Absolutely fantastic place to stay. Beautiful hotel to relax and enjoy summer time in Perissa. Appartments with private pools just in front of black sand beach. The best place to stay. Thank you for your hospitality.

First and mostly, staff approach, our host Sissy was amazing from welcome to farewell with great tips. Hotel has great location with beach access, where you never feel overcrowded, you have amazing pool available at property, weather u choose to have your private one or not, breakfast was done amazingly with delicious omelets and fresh juices. You have a mini bar for free and water every day. Room was really spacious and hotel has only 7rooms, it feels very private and good. We were very happy with it all.

There is nothing, just take repellent for mosquitos as we killed few :)))

The host Sissi was very welcoming and helped us navigate the surroundings by suggesting great places to visit and to eat. The suites were intimate yet secluded, a great choice!

We spent a wonderful time in the Black Rose Suite. There is nothing to complain about, everything was wonderful. The whole staff is very courteous and dedicated. Sissi is a very nice hostess. It was very nice to enjoy breakfast on the private terrace. Although the houses are close together, you have enough privacy. Very nice is that you can walk directly to the sea. And there are good restaurants nearby.

The manager of the premises was extremely accommodating with nothing too much trouble, made us both feel very welcome. Breakfast was excellent and real care taken in its preparation and presentation.

We understand the facilities at the property were reduced due to the pandemic, we were not made aware and it did impact on the atmosphere around the complex.

Breakfast was amazing, great choices, any time requested. Cleaner worked so hard constantly keeping the whole property clean at all times. Nothing was too much trouble from Sissy or the other guys.
