Many thanks to receptionist Sonner for the warm welcome, kind attitude and attention for my 4 kids. The staff in the restaurant was always in a good mood and very child friendly. Food was various and delicious. Bartenders were great as well. The animation team at the hotel deserves a separate comment. Thanks to Albina, Volkan and Margarita for becoming friends for our kids. They loved you, we will have a lot of good memories from this holidays. Please continue to share your energy, creativity and kindness. Thanks for your professionalism, guys. Beach and swimming pool are pleasant, invest in a warming swimming suit if you are going in April, you will be more comfortable. Only one disappointment was a spa of the hotel, very expensive. But there are a lot of alternatives in a city. We’ve been going to Maria Türkler Hamam 2 min free transfer from our hotel. It was very nice with adequate prices.

Staff at reception were nice. The staff in restaurants were amazing. All the servers and waitors were always so courteous and helpful. The animation team and spa staff were great too. The food was delicious in the restaurant and snack bar. The water bottles were free and unlimited, which was great.

There was only 2 lifts and we had to wait some time. It wasn’t too bad as you could take stairs and there was a seating area nearby.

Breakfast was great. Lots of choice.

Noise from the street and sound proof was terrible. It was cold in the room. Only one small blancket.

We were happy with our stay. The hotel is well maintained. Everything is working, looks good. Hotel territory is clean. Rooms are relatively spacious and well equipped. Hotel animation is not annoying. At the same time quite active and during a day there are enough activities for everybody. Swimming pool have couple of slides good for children. Beach is sandy. The sea has a sloping shore. Food is well prepared. During a week there were various dishes. Next to the hotel (5-10 min walking) is a commercial area (bazar) with a lot of various shops, restaurants, pharmacy. There you can also book various activities.

The hotel is located right on the side of the busy highway. Half of rooms are facing highway, other half has sea view. The highway is noisy so it is worth to pay a bit extra for a sea view room. The hotel territory is relatively small. So don't expect a big park to walk in. Though it is well organised and quite convenient. There is a 'national park' next to the hotel but in reality it is a small patch of a forest on the beach with a lot of tents in it. Nothing special.

All the hotel staff were very friendly and most spoke English as well as other languages. The rooms were cleaned daily, and the hotel gave us a welcome fruit plate and a bottle of wine. There were plenty of sun loungers around the pool and the music played was not too loud. The main restaurant was kept clean and tables were cleared very quickly, the staff in the restaurant were extremely helpful in particular Mehmet Ali.

My room was at the front corner of the hotel and the traffic noise was a little disturbing during the night.

Uncomfortable mattress , food acceptable but definitely can be better, healthier and suitable also for vegetarians or people with allergies. Due to the staff poor English I’ve gave my daughter what was supposed to be soya milk but after the first body reaction I’ve asked again and was confirmed they only have cow milk. A bit of more diverse dishes would make a difference as well as healthier options. 1,5h driving from Antalya airport

Food was excellent, surprisingly wide variety. Service was friendly and very good. Room was nice and clean and the sea view was beautyful.

We booked private sauna for our second evening, but when it was our time, the sauna manager said our reservation was wrong, and there is a sport group at that moment. That was a big dissapointment for us!

I forgot to mention in a previous review. I mentioned the Bar and Catering staff but failed to mention the Reception, entertainment and housekeeping staff. All the reception staff I encountered were helpful and the housekeeping staff usually said hello and gave us a smile as we passed them in the halls, they also did a great job of cleaning our room daily. The entertainment staff also deserve a mention, they're all friendly, fun and do a great job of keeping guests entertained, there's a dance they do by the pool each day and many of the guests join in. The guy who does the watergymnastics was highly recommended by my girlfriend, the women who did the water gym all seemed to really enjoy it, I also did the air gun shooting with his group and he seems like a great guy.

I initially only booked 2 nights on the strength of the reviews on here, with a view to moving to another hotel if I didn't like it. Well I ended up booking another 4 nights here, maybe it's different in peak season but my stay here was great. My girlfriend and I were greeted by Anastasya on arrival, she was friendly and helpful. I read in previous reviews about poor staff attitudes, etc, but my experience was completely the opposite. All the staff (catering and bar staff) seem helpful and mostly friendly (not all have the fake niceties and smiles of westerners) but they do their best to speak your language, I also speak a little Russian and German and my girlfriend is Russian, of course this helped because there was nothing we couldn't communicate. One staff member we encountered only spoke Turkish but he did his best to help us. The food is very European and local Turkish, there are some Western junk foods on offer (burgers and chips) for those who don't have adventurous taste buds but the variety of food was huge for the price range. Being English, many of the foods I had never seen before but I tried most of it and there wasn't much I didn't like. I booked a room with a sea view on the 6th floor, I thought it was a beautiful view of the Mediteranean Sea, you can see along the coast towards Antalya and the mountains with trees behind the hotels, at night it also looks good with the lights. The room was nice and clean with nothing broken or falling off, we were greeted with a bottle of wine and a parcel of fruits in our room. We were shown to our room by a porter, (YES tip him don't be a tight wad) and he showed us the room, safe, etc. The beach is beautiful, sand is fine grain with very few pebbles. There are also activities on offer such as parasailing, etc, and a guy comes round each day for activities such as water gymnastics, dancing, darts, etc. We did the Spa experience and I thought it was awesome.
